When I first started going there I took my puppy to them and told them on the first visit that if he needed shots then we would give them to him.They decided he was due for his shots and I purchased a puppy package from them for over 200$ On our last visit I was informed by the vet herself that my boy recieved his shots too early and we would have 2 come back to get an extra @ no cost and no fee what so ever.They told me because they gave him the shot too early there would be no cost it was supposed to be part of the puppy pkg.When we took him they charged us 40$ for a visit and the shot.They lied to us and when I confronted them of it they twisted words and did nothing to try to remidy this inappropriate situation.I was lied to and I do not feel as though they have anyones best interest in heart.They have a policy that clearly stipulates IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED FOR ANY REASON WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY.This is clearly another untrue statement.Plz do a check for a good vet.
