I gave this facility THREE chances over a year span...each experience the same...then I found a new vet. Facility is very clean...but that's about it. Staff is freindly, but not knowledgable - or if they are, just like the doctors they don't bother explaining anything. I never saw the same doctor...over this year span there have been 3 different doctors...not sure what to make of this?? Besides this, the doctors were very rude and talked to me like I was stupid. Without hesitation, the doctor always had a list of reccommended prescriptions and products for me to buy before there was even a diagnosis. On top of this, if I was sent away with a diagnosis there was never an explaination. I had to constantly call in for information and clarification. If I had not taken the time to research each situation and possible solutions for each visit I took my dog in for, the vet would have really given me a run for my money. Sadly, I feel they are just about the money.

i have been there a few times and felt that my dog was treated like royalty the staff are very friendly ...i will continue doing business with them in the future :)

Horrible customer service. The owner is very rude, and lacks compassion. I feel like she only wanted my money, and didn't care anything about my dog.
