I HATE the vet normally. Expensive with complacent employees who treat my pets like objects. Either I feel like I'm not taken seriously OR the smallest issue somehow means I gotta spend a million dollars. NOT @ LIGHT ST! GREAT DR! GREAT STAFF! GREAT PRICES!

Take all four cats here. Dr. T. diagnosed my female with hyperesthesia and helped two of my males get through problems with UTIs. He is very friendly, offers dicounts to repeat customers, has fair prices, and always returns phone calls when I have questions or concerns. His office was even open in a blizzard when I needed to get my cat in for a urninary blockage. Very, very good vet whose concern is for the animal and not the dollars. Highly recommended!

When my sister's puppy was mortally injured, we called Dr T after hours begging him to see the puppy. He opened up the vets for us and did everything in his power to save him. While the puppy was too badly injured to be saved, it gave us some consolation knowing the lengths Dr T would go to to try to save a life. He is a good man.

The entire staff and Dr. T are my heroes! After having had a horrible experience at an emergency vet years ago, my 18 year old cat gets VERY anxious and growly whenever he has an appointment. The staff are so patient and gentle with him, and with me as I get flustered seeing my kitty upset. They have kept him in great health and always have such a great attitude when he starts yowling in the carrier.

Dr. T is amazing. He is the only vet who has ever listened to me regarding my animals. I have a cat who has bitten every single vet who has seen her, even though I inform the vets that she bites. They never believe me because she is very small and cute. Dr. T listened, and he didn't get bit because he took the proper precautions. The waiting room is cramped, but it's a small price to pay for excellent service. I always cry when I take my animals to the vet because I get so worried, and Dr. T and his staff are always so kind to me when I'm sure I look like a big baby. I'm so thankful that I found an excellent vet in the city, I will never go anywhere else.

This vet is the best. They will give you a quote over the phone and mine was always lower. My dogs don't like people but they trust him. He has treated my dogs and I walk out with a total $56 dollar bill with meds while Benifield vet at petmart wanted to charge me $1,600. So what if the parking isn't great you stuck up snob. Then go to a vet that just wants money. He truely cares about the dogs and he will take the time to talk to you. I can tell him what I like to try to treat my dogs and he wont look at me like I need to shut up he hears me out. I send everyone I know to him. They are more then happy. I had a puppy the broke his K9 I called all over the place and no one qould give me a quote. Only would say its $150 for emergency visit then we let you know or it about $700. I called him and they said about $250 and it was less after all was done. Our puppy came home early and he was in great shape. My one dog got sick from eating dirt he saw her that day my bill was $60 with meds.

After dealing with some god-awful behavior from another vet, I heard a lot of good reviews and decided to give Dr. T a try. He is VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The price of testing my diabetic cat was VERY cheap, with no unnecessary testing, and his insulin and supplies were also dirt cheap. After being on the incorrect amount of insulin, Dr. T remedied the situation and got him on a proper dose. My manx is now healthy and happy as ever before.

my original post has disappeared! not libelous or obscene, just honest-it said: first visit: condemned my gentle friend of twenty years to death without laying a finger, NOT ONE finger in examination upon him. i will never forgive myself for being so emotionally distraught as to allow this to happen that day. ..so trusting-naive-would you believe i went back a month later with my other cat? second visit: this vet became agitated, put his hands ON the carrier (my baby was still IN it) and tryed to SHOVE IT OFF the exam table-TWICE! (he left the room, i started buckling up the carrier, when he returned and put his hands ON the carrier AGAIN). i was shocked and shaken-informed the desk staff that he had just lost control of himself back there.. when he came flying out of the back RAGING..til he realized all eyes in the waiting room were upon him. i went away, ever so grateful that my baby was NOT in a cage in the back under this guys care...and am in sorrow every day for the loss of my d

I sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes with no one giving me a heads up that they were running late or even checking in with me. The waiting room is like a tiny hallway so my cat was by 3 dogs and two other cats with an option to put more space between us. When we did see the vet he was in with us for only a few minutes and seemed more interested in getting in and out. He didn't directly examine my cat's mouth (reason for our visit was red irritated gums)He noted my cat was overweight but offered up no suggestions on how to remedy the problem. I asked about foods and he said it really didn't matter. I asked about feeding amounts and he said a cup a day. I asked if that was for dry or wet he said either way a cup total. He mentioned that she should have antibiotics for her gums and then later said he wasn't going to give them to me since he didn't think I could give them to her. She was scheduled for a cleaning and extraction. The price estimate for the extraction had a range of

Dr. T is WONDERFUL. He gives my dogs excellent care and he takes the time to explain things to me. He is kind and compassionate, and my dogs adore him. He never over-charges or orders unnecessary tests. The facilities are immaculate. Some of the office staff are not very friendly, but they are all very efficient and effective.

My overall assessment is that Dr. T is very knowledgeable and fair. We have an English Bulldog which can have complications that are breed specific. Dr T has always been polite and taken care of our dog without overcharging or overprescribing unnecessary things. He has always been professional, although some of his staff are a bit rude and short with people. The parking is horrible due to the location and the vet office is a bit small. But overall we have had nothing but good experiences with this vet.

not only is the staff insanely rude, but dr t wanted to use pliers to rip my puppies stitches from her tummy cause the didnt dissolve all the way. he never asked for a stool sample from my cat or my dog. the facilities are horrible, parking is worse. and again, the staff are miserable working there and let everyone know. i actively looking for a new vet.

Dr. T. is very kind and treats the animals with gentle respect. My dog isn't scared at all there. The staff are considerate and help anyway they can. I had to have my dog's shots updated before I could board her, and they squeezed me in. Very nice all around! I would recommend this vet to anyone in the Baltimore area. I drive all the way over to Fed. Hill from Canton just so my animals can get the care they deserve!

This doctor goes out of his way for the animal. Our cat needed surguery for a broken arm everywhere else wanted like 300 dollors. Dr. T as we call him took care of her for substantially less. the office is always clean and the staff is always pleasant. I highly recommend this office for the care of your animal(s).
