Dr Debbie refused after care for my dog who had almost gone septic. I took the dog to the emergency clinic due to how ill he was instead of leaving him at Brelmar. Once released from Emerg. he had a lot of after care (blood work, stool samples, meds to get his liver & kidney enzymes back down, he needed 2 rounds of antibiotics for Clostridium) Every time I called I was given an excuse as to why they couldn't see him and that I should take him back to the emergency clinic. On one occasion I showed up to the clinic when being told they were too busy only to find no one in the clinic and Dr. Debbie was printing Home Hardware receipts off the computer.

I love Dr Debby she has helped my pets through a lot along with helping me through some tough times when we had to put my dog down. However the vet that is on-call on Wednesdays or when Debby is away Jen I do believe is so unhelpful and very rude. Wouldn't leave an issue alone when i wasn't able too or didn't want to complete the treatment. Made me feel like I was a bad person for not wanting to complete the treatment at that time. It was something that wasn't life threatening and my family couldn't afford it at that time. She told me to split the cost or find a way. I refuse to work with this women and will never take my pets to her. I know now to ask for Debby and book accordingly.

Amazing Vets and staff. Honest, caring to both pets and owners and very reasonably priced. This clinic is what all animal hospitals should strive to be. Thanks Dr. Debbie and your terrific team. We have been going to Dr Debbie for 12 years and are very lucky to have met her. Thanks.

These guys are the best. Plain and simple. To the few that have expressed negative reviews, they need to turn clients away because they are so busy and Deb is the only vet in there. And maybe your call was abrupt because they were so busy. I've gone there for years and will not go anywhere else. A great facility that makes us feel like family every time we go in. There is not a better value for your service and staff are wonderful people.

We love Dr. Deb and wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone there is very caring and kind. We recommend her to all our friends.

Very poor in returning calls to book an appt. for my pet. Claims that I haven't brought the dog regularily and justified her staff must have warranted in deferring my attempts with repeated we will return your call when an opening is available. Yes, the vet is competant but too busy to really care. Sad

I am a new dog owner. I had to take my puppy to get shots and I was nervous. I looked at reviews online for vets in my area. Dr. Deb had good reviews so I booked an appointment with her to see Viper. From the moment we first stepped into the office I was thoroughly impressed. Her staff was super friendly to both myself and my puppy. When we got in to see Dr. Deb both her and her assistant were very pleasant. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and didn't make me fell silly about some of my questions. It is clear that she truly cares about the animals and that she is not just there to make money as so many are. She is now our permanent veterinarian. Nothing but good things to say about BelMar. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Thanks Dr. Deb and staff for being so wonderful!!!!

Dr. Debbie and staff are compassionate people. Dr. Debbie is great and effective and will only recommend what is really required. We always took our dog there when we had any concerns during his life and received great care. When the time came to put him down, they took us in very quickly and were very kind during the euthanasia process and even received a sympathy card 2 days after our beloved animal was gone. I would definitely recommend her if you live within the area that they service.

Dr. Deb as she is known has been our Vet since 1993 & wouldn't change a thing. Live in Kawartha Lakes & it is definitely worth the drive to Sunderland. Service, Staff & Compassionate care for her Patients couldn't be better.

This clinic is far and away the best I have ever dealt with. Dr. Deb, as she is known, has a compassionate and caring nature that is tempered with a practical and efficient way of doing business that is sorely lacking with a number of other clinics.

Only phoned to get an appointment, the receptionist was very abrupt and told me I did not live close enough, therefore find another Vet. I live 18 km away in Kawartha Lakes. How close does one need to be. I found another Vet.

What a bunch of unhelpful people. I'm new to the area but not Sunderland, so they couldn't sell me dog food (a regular k9 adult veterinary diet) nor could they be bothered to steer me in the direction of another vet clinic in the area that sells the diet I was looking for. Really rude.

Dr.Debb is awesome. Very knowledgeable and she dosnt say you need something unless u absolutly do. Great with all breeds! Our Old English Bulldog had alot of health concerns and she addressed them all, right till the end. The staff is friendly and welcoming.( Its also the cheapest clinic around! )

Dr. Deb has always looked after EVERY ONE of my animals, & all my moms and grandmothers animals aswell. I would never choose another vet to go to. Dr. Deb always shows love to all the animals she treats daily. I co-oped there in high school and I'm hounored to say I helped out Deb and Dr. Mike! :) BEST VET CLINIC AROUND!

Wouldn't take my animal companions anywhere else. Dr. Deb provides the best care and is always good for a story or two. I absolutely trust to get the best care and best advice. It sometimes takes a long time to get an appointment, but this is because they are popular and very busy. Highly recommended!

Dr Debbie has always been there for me when one of my ****es need a c-section even when it was in the middle of the night.She has alway taken great care with all of my dogs and Cats in there time of need and when it was time to say good bye always done with great care.Patty Schiller

Both Dr. Debbie & Dr. Mike are very competent and caring vets. They are available in an emergency and follow up well with your animal. The staff there is excellent as well and are very friendly and helpful. They are very reasonably priced for services and supplies. Great clinic to have the priviledge of taking our pets to and have care for my horse.

Debbie and Her Husban are the veterinarian's here. They are wonderful,loving caring people.The staff is great as well. Team work here. Good work all.
