More about the money=y than actually caring about your pet. Prescribes medications that do more harm than good. Price changed on same item every time I went to pick up the refills. Rude older front office staff members. Beware of bad vet care for your pet.

As mentioned in previous comments, the staff are rude and the Vet is money hungry. Plain and simple.

Reasonable prices and great staff. Dr. Jones is so nice and knowledgeable. My dogs love her. I saw no sign of being gouged as a couple reviewers are suggesting. Everything was explained to me clearly and every choice was mine to make with little or no pressure. I saw Dr. Pappas once for a followup visit and she suggested a skin test, but I decided to put it off and that was that. I suppose some people just don't have a good memory of their own decisions.

Tests were performed on my bird that were not even needed because they found nothing was wrong. Dr. Papas is very good with birds but usually does not see them.

This clinic cares more about money than animals. Over vaccinations are top on the "run away" list.

Front desk staff are rude and nasty. Vet is too busy to talk to her clients, and seems focused on racking up fees. Does not work with clients on treatment plans for chronic diseases, and would rather you keep coming in and paying rather than giving owners medication to manage illnesses at home. Unless you have unlimited funds, don't go there!!

For a bird vet, they're very good. They did save my cockatiel, but every time I brought her back for a visit, the price went up for an office visit. I couldn't get out of there under $120.00 Even to clip wings, I was charged an office visit. Money is a big problem with them. Too bad! I found a new bird vet in the area that is very reasonable and knowledgeable.

I took both my dog and cat to this local Vet Hosp, and was disappointed in the care our pets received. Dr. Pappas is rude, and worse yet seems to care more about making money than caring for animals. At every visit she pushed unnecessary services and products with hard sell tactics. I once called during regular business hours when my dog became seriously ill and was told to go to the emergency clinic, because one of the doctors was leaving early. They also did not record her vaccinations properly resulting in duplicate inoculations. If you care for your animal/s do not take them to WG Vet Hosp.

Thanks to everyone at WGVH our Cocker Spaniel was diagnosed and treated in time to save her life. We have reptiles, cats, dogs, birds and a pig, all of whom have seen the doctors and received excellent care! I wouldn't consider taking my pets to anyone else. We seldom have to wait and the doctors and other staff members have treated us like family. If you are considering taking your pet to this hospital please don't hesitate! You will be glad you did!
