Putting animal to sleep, was a nightmare. Specified I wanted to hold my pet. Brought her back in to me dead. One person with dr lab coat carrying her, website shows her as a tech.

I've had to wait an hour for one visit and usually have to wait about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I've called in for flea pills that I picked up from the office only to find that they are the wrong perscription when I got home (13 miles one way). I called the office up with the problem and was told they would send the correct perscription in the mail as a swap but after 2 days rec'd nothing. I drove back to the office asking if the pills had been sent and technician could not tell me so he gave me the new pills, I gave him the old pills and told him if I rec'd the pills in the mail I'd return them. They never arrived. With the flea infestation gone crazy in my area I'm just glad I didn't wait. My dog was seriously loosing weight and his fur before this pill incident and it was not taken seriously at all. Conferred with a breeder and with her knowledge found that my dog needed probiotics.

We own 5 dogs and often we foster up to two dogs at a time. We used to use a vet in Indian Trail and thought they were good. That all changed the day we took our pup to Matthews Animal Clinic. The staff was great to work with (they seemed to enjoy seeing our dogs), the facility was great and since being there 3 times we only had to wait about 2 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The prices are competitive as well. They are very nice and after our pup was neutered they sent a handwritten note that was very sweet (they even drew our a picture of our pup)! Me and my husband are very happy we found them. We couldn't believe we hadn't taken them there before. They are further from our house than our last vet but they are worth they extra distance. Again we are very thankful we found them!! They share the same passion for animals that we have!
