i feel a little ripped off. i didnt get the staff service that everyone else apparently did. after being talked down to and yeah, judged, i paid what i thought was a high exam fee. the single saving grace was the front desk guy who was helpful and polite. and let me say it one more time, cause clearly the dr didnt believe me when i said it 3 times in the office, "NO, MY CAT DOES NOT GO OUTSIDE!"

These are wonderful people! Very sweet and caring staff! They explain everything to the fullest, and make sure I understand exactly what they are doing and why. Appointments are never "rushed" or "hurried". As a matter of fact, they have a way of making a person feel like their pet is the only one they saw that day! I won't take my pets anywhere else!
