I hate this place. The one rating had to have been by the owner since it is in reality the opposite of what was stated. The staff is uniformly cold and unfriendly, and extremely disorganized. They expect you to "drop a couple of thousand dollars on each visit" according to a former employee. The are very unfriendly to rescue or anyone who doesn't have megabucks, needless to say. They do have all the specialists but I would travel to VSA in San Leandro before I would go back there again. They once made me wait 45 minutes at the front counter when I had a very sick foster kitten, until I just walked out. Their vet tech who was the only one who saw the kitten as far as I could tell, was rude and unconcerned with whether it lived or died (it didn't make it). They will charge for every kitten in a foster litter even if they do nothing to it. I will never go back there except in an extreme emergency.

Doctors are very kind and informative. Front staff is very quick and friendly. Offers a wide range of specialty services as well!
