I did leave a very long coment, I had a phone calk and lost it and I dont want to do it again, I usually dont say bad things about people. However I had gone to Abbys fir a very long time and finially had to move on and I am si happy that I did. Th only regret is I miss that swert girl at front desk Brendashes so tiny but full of compassion. Which is terribly missing at Abbys.(money speaks) concerned Pet lover.

I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Holm. The new hospital is beautiful.

I have been going to Abby Pet Hospital for 15+ years. I have nothing but positive comments about Dr Holm, his associates and his staff. The Drs have always answered my questions, reviewed options/alternatives without hesitation and most importantly, have assisted me in making well informed decisions involving the care of my dogs. Caring for my dogs from NewPuppy to the Rainbow Bridge, I have experienced nothing but consideration and compassion from all at Abby Pet. The Drs have always returned my calls in a timely manner which, I think speaks volumes about the ancillary staff. On more than one occassion they have gone above and beyond in assisting me in the care of a chronically ill dog. They are currently building a new site, which I eagerly look forward to. Though it is a greater distance to travel, I could not imagine taking my dogs elsewhere! HI

"Never judge a book by its cover" and that goes for Abby Pet Hospital. Yes, the building is old and not located on a very good part of town, but the value is on the inside with the staff and vets. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but it is well worth the wait. The Drs are professional and so is the staff upfront. The techs in the back, work behind the scenes, but when you do see them they are just as professional as the front staff. Yes, sometimes I have had a large bill, but that is the price you pay for a beloved family member if you want them to have the best care possible. I am sorry for anyone who loses a pet, but know that they have gotten the best care possible when they are taken to Abby Pet Hospital. I will go back there to have my animals treated no matter what. By the way, they are moving to a new hospital and I am sure they will take the same kindness and professional way they deal with their clients and their pets with them.

Sadly I was warned about going to this vet Dr. Holm. But I wanted to give him a try. His staff is HORRIBLY rude and uncaring. I had his office manager discuss my private records with other customers, should of reported him then. He preforms surgery on newpapers out in the open with clients and employees walking around him. His facility is VERY OLD and dingy. Your wait time to see a dcotor is usually about an hour+. MOST IMPORTANTLY IF you have a pet die or put to sleep there, his care ends there. They lost my deceased pet and lied about it. He was found but not after a day of lieing to me about it. I could go on and on about this facility. Keep looking, dont go there.
