I agree with the first commment as they want to bill you for unnessary things and then they want to sell you all their products out front as those are the only ones your animal should be eating etc...They also don't understand compasion when an animal is scared out of their mind to go see the dr. They just want you in and out even if it's slow

My opinion of the VCA West Hollywood is that they are more worried about billable procedures. Not impressed with the care provided to our pets. Location is great and grooming is excellent but the medical are provided was less than good.
