Before relocating to the area, I visited Wright Vet since they're close to our home. Our pets had conditions requiring regular check ups. I explained to the staff that I was new to the area & asked if I'd be able to set up an appt. to tour the facility & meet the drs. They were dismissive & rude & said they couldn't do it. Despite that, upon moving into our new home a few mos. later, my male cat developed a urinary blockage; an EMERGENCY situation for male cats-basically cat-care 101! Anyone with MINIMAL knowledge knows this is an ER situation. I called Wright's assuming they'd get me in immediately, if not within the hr & they said the only availability they had was 5 days later! I was SHOCKED & reiterated it was a male cat with a urinary blockage! They said, sorry, we have nothing until next wk. They lost themselves 6 patients & definitely need to review some textbooks! As a responsible pet parent, I would NEVER EVER bring my pets to this low-quality facility. It also seems dirty.

Would never take my pet here again! This place is just plain bad and the office manager is beyond rude. They only care about money and not your pet. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Our healthy cat received three vaccines in January. In 2 weeks he lost 3 lbs., was diagnosed as diabetic and we had to put him to sleep yesterday. Vets don't want to admit there is any correlation between vaccines and feline diabetes that research states it is a possibility. Will not take our dog back there now either. We are heartbroken.

I am in love with Wrights. My epileptic dog has been going there for almost 7 months, she is at the vet more than home. They are way understanding, I call non-stop and my vet. (Dr. Reis) ALWAYS calls me back that day, even if she has to call back when she is home. I love this place, but the price is outrageous. To be honest, I wouldn't go anywhere else though, my dog trusts Dr. Reis and thats what matters most. I HIGHLY recommend them. Even tho other people need to get second opinions on here.

Staff was very friendly however our puppy started having problems at about 1 1/2 years old and they put her on meds, saying it might be allergies. She passed away at age 4 and afterwards they diagnosed her with anemia, which could have been treated, plus the meds that she orignally was put on ended up slowly killing her.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pets needs. The staff is fantastic, even under the extreme busy atmosphere they have to work under. The hospital is clean, the staff knowlegable and the doctors are absolutely wonderful. This is quality service, and only have the best interests of the pets in mind. You pay for what you get. Good medicine, great doctors and staff, high quality service. This is hands down the best hospital anywhere.

I've been a client of this practice for quite a few years now. I'm very happy with the care that my pets and I receive. The staff is very friendly, waiting and exam rooms are clean, and there are 12 vets to pick from. I have had each of the vets and am very happy with the care received from each one. I previously went elsewhere, and that vet cannot compare to this practice. The hours are great, they are there until 8pm M-F, Saturdays until 3pm, and open Sundays and holidays for emergencies. My phone calls are always returned. Some people don't understand that the dr's are in with clients so therefore can't return phone calls promptly. If you believe you have an emergency, don't wait for a phone call. The smart thing to do is to take your pet in to be seen. They even have a wonderful groomer for the pets! I wouldn't trust my pets to any other vet practice.

Rescued a dog from this vet that was hit by a car. Because we rescued her they told us that we wouldn't have to pay for her care, only the supplies. After a couple of weeks, they kept charging more and more. They wouldn't let us take her to the vet that we take our other 2 dogs to. They also refused to release her medical records. The staff was very unpleasant. Her doctor, Dr. Wenninger, was the best part of our experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone bringing their animals to this vet.

THESE VETS ARE WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL AND THE ENTIRE FACILITY IT'S THE BEST ONE I HAD EVER SEEN BUT THEY SHOULD REALLY GET SOME BILINGUAL STAFF SPECIALLY BECAUSE THEY ARE LOCATED IN BETHLEHEM NOW A DAYS YOU HAVE TO BECAUSE IT'S PART OF OUR COMMUNITY AND SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TAKE THEIR PETS BUT THEY CANT UNDERSTAND SO THE PETS REMAIN WITH NO CARE BUT IT'S A WONDERFUL FACILITY I RECOMMENDED IT TO ANY ONE.

Dr. Wenninger is incredible. He treats in a passive agressive manner. He is very confident in what he does and does not ever "over-treat" for any sort of monetary gain. He also retuns calls promptly. I recommend him to everyone!
