This clinic is WONDERFUL. All the doctors there are experienced, friendly, and genuinely love animals. The receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable too. The cost can be 10-20% than other clinics I've been to, but the level of service is well worth it. I have never been rushed out. They take the time to answer as many questions as I can come up with, even on Saturdays. I have been a long time cat owner but recently adopted a puppy. I had many questions and concerns as you can imagine! They helped me through the whole process. Puppy had to go to the emergency vet over the weekend and Monday morning I got a call from Crossroads asking about him! The emergency vet had faxed the records to Crossroads, and the doctors at Crossroads took it upon themselves to call me instead of me having to call them. I liked that. They also went over the emergency vet's recommendations to make sure I understood everything. They are my favorite, hands down. Puppy loves them too. =)
