Staff is very rude, COLD. I do not want people that can not smile touching my dogs. The office looks like it is falling apart. They were average for price in this area

I was impressed that my pet was seen on time. The facility was spotless and the staff friendly and helpful.. This was my first visit and I would definately return.

Have been using this hospital for years. The Dr. diagnosed my dogs condition and my pet is doing well. They were great..As for that first comment I read about them, I too had my dog tested for lyme disease and iwas given 7 days to get my pet back in for its vaccine without the office visit. They even called to remind me of the appointment. It would seem that the other person was too ignorant to follow the hospital's policy and is taking out her own stupidity on the hospital.

Spent 300.00 for office vist with my dog, took blood for lymes, came back neg. Than wants another 50.00 for a visit just to give a shot for vacine which is also 24.00. So unfair to have to pay another office visit. Nurse is short with people not friendly at all. Want dogs records n they tell me to wait 30 days, just insane. They treated our pet for 8 years n this is just so unfair to charge me more money. Didn't mind paying the $24.00 for the shot but not fair to ask another 50.00 for check up she already had.
