In the past 3 years I have lost 3 of my pets in their care. My most recent loss was my dog, they were unable to determine what the cause of death was and after he did pass and we brought him in the get cremated I didn't recieve one "I'm sorry for your loss," "I wish we could have figured out what was wrong," "sorry we couldn't do more." Nothing. They have now lost my business.
