Extremely rude and unknowledgeable staff with EXTREMELY long wait times. We have been there all afternoon for an appointment. One of my dogs was bleeding rectally, vomiting, and gasping for breath. She was dying and it took them three hours to see her to put her out of her misery. Another dog had sever diarhhea. We were told that the Dr. was gone for the day and to go see another vet. Well yes, yes I will and I WON'T BE BACK.

Rude Staff. Waited over an hour for appointment, did not tell me vet was called away, but kept making excuses. 3 pm appointment, at 4:15 they told me it would be after 5 pm. I love dr white but some of the girls in reception need to be honest instead of making people wait for hours.

I have taken all my animals to Dr. White for years. He's a terrific vet and a wonderful human being. He loves animals, and he's genuinely concerned about the people who bring in the animals too. After my house fire, he treated all the survivors and is as responsible for their survival as the fire department. He also took time to talk to me on a personal level after he heard that my father had died. His staff is friendly, and I've never been to a vet where I felt like my money was more well spent. I am not exaggerating when I say that I love Dr. White. I've even got a page about him on my personal web site.
