I had an abandondoned toy poodle who is around 15 and they spent over an hour with me and was very up front with things and when he had surgery they called and asked if I wanted to come hold him while he was in recovery. They are awsome to overprotective mommas. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. I have rats too but they don't do rats. I keep trying to get them to get a ratttie doc there. lol. They are really great at spending alot of time with you and they really care about animals.

While I felt it was relatively expensive, I am a new cat owner and don't know what is typical. However I felt the vets really cared and were honest with me about what I really needed to give to my cats and what was truly optional. They understood I had a certain budget and gave me my options and worked within that. They took their time and really spent some time with my cats while giving them their annual exams, rather than just a 2 minute fly by (which I hate!!) Though it may be pricey (or not, I don't know) I would use them again, they know their stuff and seem legitmate. I've visited 4 times and other than the wait, all have been good experiences.
