Dr. Goul misdiagnosed my cat who ended up passing away after visiting another vet who gave a completely different diagnosis. He treated the symptoms and did not pursue a diagnosis. He did not gave a good bedside manner and did not spend enough time trying to help my cat.

Ridgehill only treated the symptoms and not the cause. The vet did a couple of tests and since they were negative, he said it was stress. My cat passed away a couple of weeks later after suffering. There were never any follow up calls. I took him to another vet who did an x-ray and spent a lot of time with us and he figured out the probem. It was obvious and serious and stress was not a factor.

my best friend Kramer passed away at 7:24pm.Ridgehill Animal Hospital in North Haven CT. i went to you 2 weeks ago for help because I knew my dog was sick and you turned me away because I didnt have the FUNDS or $$$$. Your greed cost my dogs life!

I love this vet!The staff is always pleasant.The vets truly care for your pets.I had many emergency.They always take me right away.I would never go to another vet.

I called them to have my dog looked at and was told that one of thier dr's was on maternity leave and the other dr's were just to busy to see my dog, the staff was rude and hung up on me. I took my dog elsewhere and gave ridgehill another chance about 6mth later. Again I was told that they had no time to see my dog and it would be another 3mth before I could take him in.. They are right down the street from me so I figured I wouls walk, I try to to a lot of business in Hamden and keep it local, but this is one vet that I will not give a third chance to. to.

I was very disappointed that after going to this hospital for a couple of years I realized that they had charged me for an annual exam for my dog when he had just got one less than seven months before. They were unwilling to take off the charge and insisted that they are allowed to perform any procedures that they want to without permission! THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL GO THERE! WATCH YOU BILL!
