They found cancer in my dog and their attitude was "it would cost a lot of money to treat this". Huh? It wasn't their money. Matthew Ryan Hospital at University of Penn saved my dog. What terrible bedside manner.

I have been going to this clinic for 15 years and they are the best. I have tried 2 other places closer to me and there is simply no comparison. Compassionate, professional and up to date on new information. You have confidence your animal is being treated well. A dr will see you in an emergency and has monitored overnight care. Not many places have that. I would not go anywhere else. They also have great hours. 8 to 8 and limited sat hours.

We have multiple pets and Harleysville is reasonable while providing great care. I always leave there feeling like my pets got a very thorough exam. It's so busy there that you usually have to wait a while which is the only downside, but they have never told me they couldn't see my pet when we've had emergencies which is probably why they sometimes run behind. They're awesome.

this place is the best in all of Pennsylvania.Dr LUKOF is the best vet and the best human being we have ever met.He is kind ,honest and really treats the animals like he does his own dogs.Furthermore he is very honest and his fees are extremely fair and he ofton gives care for free.He is truly what all vets aspire to be.We love him.WE are Kasha(Shiba/Keeshond mix )and Bentley(pure beagle).We thank our masters every day for caring so much that they take us to Dr. Lukof. ruff ruff.....Go see for yourself.

I couldn't do what I do (rescue, adopt, LOVE my pets and watch their health) without my vets at Harleysville. I have 3 there that I see and adore each one for different reasons. When my dog died suddenly, I ran in as an emergency, and everyone was compassionate and comforting. I never feel like they do things without asking - I feel like my vets are a partner with me, and we have a mutual respect. I know also that they have a huge client base which is probably why they don't have to nickel and dime each person. I've sent at least 10 new clients to them myself. I have many, many animals and the vets I see always know about them and ask about the others that aren't even there. They answer all my questions and I never feel rushed; they call me to talk to me about surgeries and help me understand processes patiently and honestly. I've even called the emergency line late on a Sunday and gotten a call back immediately. LOVE this office and can't say enough great things about them.

I have used them for many foster dogs as well as my own.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities is always very clean, and has no bad smells. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. And the prices are probably the best in the area. Myappointments are never rushed, and they are more than happy to answer multiple questions...I never feel rushed. Great place

on many occasions these people thruohg their excellant care have extended the life of my pets and/or increased the quality of that animals life and I would recommemd them to everyone.

Good service, though I was disappointed with contact with the vets. They have many staffed and are very understanding in the unfortunate event of a loss. They don't require payment at the time of service if you just can't afford it at the moment.
