This time was told I couldn t stay to witness the AI. The dog isn t bred even though they told me with all the tests they did (cost $400) that it was prime time to breed and that the male had perfect sperm count. I am out over $400 and lost people waiting for pups out of these outstanding dogs. I remembered that they told me that the vet couldn t do the AI after 2 p.m. and I was at work so left the dogs there. When I called at 5:30 to come and pick up the dogs (1 hour away) they said they weren t ready yet. Then when I picked up the dogs I heard an office worker say that this vet had left hours before. They not only stole the money from me they hurt my business. RID: 45969
Click to report rating    5/27/08   1     2     2     1   We've had numerous problems with this vet clinic. The office staff constantly makes mistakes with billing and records. This month our collie was in to get 2 teeth pulled after she had them cleaned 3 mos ago. When we picked her up, they didn't pull the teeth but charged us $200. to clean them again & they gave her vaccinations she had just had 3 mos ago & tried to charge us for them! And when my husband picked her up afterwards, Dr Blinkilde saw him coming & went in the backroom-avoiding him We also had a deaf sheltie -we had to have her put to sleep because she was in bad pain, we asked for & paid for an extra sedative to give her first since you can't calm her with your voice. When they gave her the injection, they said the sedative was in it, it was NOT! She faught the medication and it was horrible! Then they called us while we were burying her and left a message that said "Oops, forgot to give her the sedative so you have a $20. credit!" REALLY DISAPOINTED!Poor management! RID: 8619
