Click to report rating    9/25/11   5     5     5     5   I've been coming here for 6 years with my cats and dogs. I've seen all three vets at various times and I've never had a problem with any of them. Dr. Schwartz even recommended another clinic to fix a leg problem one of my dogs had because they had a vet who specialized in that area. I find them reasonably priced and they were very compassionate when my other dog died. They'll be keeping my business while I live in LA. RID: 27874
Click to report rating    11/9/09   5     5     5     5   DR.SCHWARTZ HAS BEEN MY PET DOCTOR FOR THE PAST 22 YEARS. HE IS KIND, PATIENT, CARING,SENSITIVE. I HAVE FOLLOWED HIM FROM PETVILLE U.S.A. Click to report rating    5/30/08   1     1     1     1   Took my pomeranian in for a spay. I was uanaware that the Doctor botched the surgery and accidently bound off her bowels. She stopped eating, lost weight, got sick. Luckily they were closed so I took her to another vet. She died a horrible and very painful death. The new vet discovered that it was because of Overland Veterinary and the botched spay. RID: 8655

5/30/08   5     5     4     5   I took my four pet rabbits to the Overland Vet Clinic and found the staff and Dr. Swartz to be very helpful and kind. Even when I took my rabbits in for just a nail trim, he always made it a point to come in and see how they were. Rabbits are generally afraid of dogs, so Dr. Swartz always had a special room for us to wait in, away from the dogs. He never tried to sell me addition items. In fact, when the four bunnies went in for a check up and a nail trim, he only charged me for one trim. The appointment times may not be too punctual because Dr. Swartz always makes time for emergencies. This did not bother me because one day my pets might be the emergency. Dr. Swartz may not have an out going personality, especially when you first meet him, but he is knowledge, always kind to my pets and concerned about the owners as well. That means more to me than his personality. I moved to Orange County and regret that I cannot find a vet like Dr. Swartz here. RID: 8653
Click to report rating    5/29/08   1     4     4     4   My first two visits were with Dr. Metten for my 4 month old chihuahua. He was very friendly, warm, and treated my puppy like his own. I came back for his rabies shot and was put with Dr. Schwartz who was a robotic car salesmen. Within 60 seconds of walking into the room tried to sell me a microchip, flea and tick pills, and to schedule a time to nuter my 4 month puppy. Not one word about the rabies shot, or how my dog was. I will never again use this vet clinic, or at least Dr. Scwartz. RID: 8644
