Very overpriced and a bit unorganized. I had full exam on my dog and her shots done. They forgot to give her one of the shots so at my inconvenience I took her back in and the doctor not only knew that he was supposed to only give her the shot that they had overlooked the first time but also charged me for a FULL office visit! He tried giving her all the shots again.

The vets here do NOT stay up to date with things like AAHA's latest vaccination protocols. Also, the staff mis-scheduled me multiple times (scheduling me on weekends for procedures that they only do on weekdays, for example.) At one point, they performed the WRONG diagnostic procedure on my dog, then called me to ask why I'd requested it (I hadn't.) They also pressure you into making every appointment a drop-off (including things like blood smears or SNAP tests), meaning you don't get any real interaction with the vet (which is what you're paying for as part of your office visit fee.) Lastly, some of their support staff are rude - including one who was complaining/gossiping about my dog's condition right outside the door to the exam room.

I really, really like the veterinarians here . They're friendly and polite. The support staff, however, leave something to be desired. The first tech I met there was very rude, but all the techs since have been nice and polite. The office staff have mis-scheduled me *three* times in the past few months - once causing the wrong procedure to be performed. If the staff don't know the scheduling protocols how will the clients?

We've taken our two cats here for years, and have always had very good experiences. If a medication doesn't work in some cases you can return it, the vets call you to speak to your about your concerns, and overall the practice is well run and accommidating especially in emergency situations.

Countryside is terrific! The vets are knowledgeable and stay up-to-date with research. They take time to explain any problems or conditions and the treatment options. They provide some specialty services on-site. Occasionally there is a bit of a wait, but generally that is more due to incoming emergencies, than anything else.
