I have been taking my dogs there for just over two years after having hit and miss experiences in Richmond. I was recommended by a friend and am so happy I went. The staff are professional and friendly. I have used Dr. Jordan, & Stanfield and they were excellent. They actually properly diagnosed my dog with vistibular disease when a Richmond vet missed it and wanted to do x rays, bloodwork and IV's. Now my dog is on the road to recovery vs. prolonged suffering. I get my medication for my dog's heart and lungs there and it is very reasonable despite the poor exhange rate. Richmond vets have left me with a general distrust but Kulshan is worth the drive. Seriously. I make the two hour round trip drive every month to refill the meds and it has prolonged my dog's life and comfort level.

Awesome!!!! Dr Erickson is a great vet, and has helped me out numerous times on the phone.He listens to your concerns, and genuinely cares. Dr Stanfield has a love for all animals and it shows in his touch and his caring attitude,Dr Jordan is no longer there, but she was a great vet also. These vets all stay very up to date on all procedures. I too wish that they would go back to being on Call as Animal Emergency Care in Bellingham is a joke and not even worthy of being in the same league as Kulshan.

The vets here seem to care, Dr Erickson stays up to date with latest procedures, and is very knowlegeable. He listens and actually tries to help you. Dr. Jordan doesnt mince words, she tells it to you like it is, and gives you more than just one option in alot of cases. Dr Stanfield, really a nice vet. His love of all animals shows through. All of the vets when on call call back time is almost immediate. I wish they would go back to being on call, as the place they use for emergency care is a joke.
