Exceptional facility, right from the front desk to all the vets we have ever dealt with. Dr James Sudhoff is our favorite--we always feel confident to have our pet in his care. He is very knowlegable and explains in depth what is going on with your pet. Dr Kim Buker is also exceptional. Both vets have excellent bedside manner. We feel very fortunate to have found this clinic and would not hesitate to recommend it.

The receptionists and veterinarians at this facility are wonderful, compassionate people. They will always do the best to their abilities while keeping your financial situation in mind. Keep in mind yourselves that sometimes emergancies do come up that are far more pressing than what you may deem important for your situation. Know that they will always do the best to their abilities to help all patients and that when called out, you arent always the only case they have to see that day. These people are, after all, only human with a large area to cover. As far as breeders and spaying and neutering animals.. the pet population is massive already and realistically we do NOT need human intervention to create more of this, despite what you would LIKE to do. Many animals have to be euthanised because of over breeding and not all animals are cared for. They are truley thinking of the animals when they suggest fixing your pets, no matter how self righteous you may feel.

the vets are excellent,rowan has been wonderful with my sheepdogs ear infections and matt the farm vet is the best.thankyou for 14 yrs of helping me with my animals.compassionate friendly service and well what vet isn't pricey.

terrible experience on my small farm. very late in arriving and the vet offered no help at all. huge truck, arrogant approach, small service, big bill.

We have taken our pets to this clinic off and on for over thirty years and haven't had any bad experiences .

I took my little dog in for a dental and lump removal a while ago and he ended up with a collapsed trachea that was not an issue before the surgery, which was very traumatic for this little one. Seeing my dog not able to get air and have him looking at me as if to say please help was devastating for me as well. My little guy is now on a medication that suppresses the tickle that has causes him to cough or choke which irritates his trachea. Have had to go back once to get a renewal on his prescription (they could not renew without an exam). No apology, no compassion at all just told that it was bad luck. Am terrified of going back and have not been back since.

I was in recently and it seemed very chaotic. The blondish woman vet we saw was rude and short. We were kept waiting with no explanation. Not impressed at all

A great clinic. Friendly faces and passion for animals. Thanks to the emergency service this clinic provides, my cat is still alive today (7years old/young). Thank you to the whole team.

Always a good experience! Great results, espeically with horses. Rescued my horse with a broken coffin bone.

When my family and I had Dr.James as our vet for our young puppy, he was wonderful. He was compastionate and very easy to deal with. On the other hand, about a month ago my cat was very sick, and we were unsure of what the problem was. The vet we dealt with was rude, had nearly no bed side manner and made me feel as if it was my fault my cat was sick, and mad me feel like a terrible pet owner that I could not afford more tests to diagnose him. Eventually we brought him home, bottle fed and watched him closly and is now as good as new- when this lady vet had wanted to euthanize him. I would never deal with her again and my experience with her was awful.It made my all around experience at this clinic not a pleasant one, and I would not go here again. But, the ladies at the front desk were lovely,and the facilities were clean, up to date, and over all good.

Very-caring staff from the ladies at the front to the techs and Vets in the back. They all made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog there for surgery. All were very professional and great with my dog. The surgery was a success and I got to take my dog home, can't ask for more than that.

Dr James at this clinic is wonderful. He took such good care of our golden retriever. He finally figured out what was wrong and saved her life. I would go here for any emergency treatment, even though they are 2.5 hours from my home.
