If you want a five star experience look no further . ?????????? My first experience started with calling in 2020 to have our sweet cat brought to heaven . She was dying?? of lung cancer that had been found though medical X-rays and blood testing . Sarah was the first person I dealt with and let me tell you she is awesome and cares deeply ??. She never had me feel rushed on the phone as I anxiously shared my concerns about my cat . I spoke to Dr Mann shortly after and he also showed deep care and concern over the phone . We did a home euthanasia and Dr Mann’s heart to help animals was seen and very evident . His gentle and caring energy is very appreciated . Dr Man goes above and beyond to bring the best possible care for your pet . He also is very sincere and caring with sharing the health updates of your pet if they are unwell . We have been going to Menzies for 10 years now. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat. Dr. Mann is a kind,knowledgeable vet who takes the time with you to explain all possible options for your pets care. The staff upfront are kind and helpful. The office is modest in size and clean. It is not glitz and glamour. I would reccomend Menzies to anyone wanting a down to earth caring vet for your pets.?? Watch out for the Big Boss at the front desk.
She can be as sweet as she wants to be but be careful when she starts being pushy and rude !
She told me on numerous occasions that my felines would not receive life saving medication unless I put them both through additional blood tests. Absolute overkill on blood tests. Never enough for these guys.
I am tired of having a gun put to my head time and again. If that's not blackmail I don't know what is. I have had pets for almost 30 years. I have never seen anything like it.
Last year we put in hundreds of dollars into his pocket. When enough is enough ?
My cats are old. All these dorks worry about is their own bank account. Forget ethics or compassion for the animals. It's all about dollar signs.
NEVER AGAIN !!!
Be watchful once your pet gets older.

These jerks wouldn't give me medications for my cat without another expensive exam. Then they had the nerve to call the SPCA on me!These guys are a real class act. I'll never go near this place again. They didn't care about nothing but money and then they give out my personal information the send the SPCA to my door.

Cat had 2 lacerations.Dr Mann conned my elderly landlord into teeth cleaning, blood tests, xrays etc. $1000 to stich 2 wounds on a stray frigging cat.

Doctor and staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!! So thoughtful to send sympathy cards after saying goodbye to our fur baby. Very compassionate.

We just had our last visit to Menzies Pet Hospital last night. We had to put our sweet dog down. Dr. Mann was our vet for the last 8 years and has been a very caring, compassionate and honourable doctor always. He has always been very up front about what our options are in each situation we were in, and gave the best of care to our dog. I highly recommend Dr. Mann and his staff to anyone in need of veterinary care. Thank you for your service.

Wonderful vets, very caring and kind. Both Dr. Mann and Dr. Partini. Sugar had 2 cruciate surgeries done there and now can sheep herd again. My dog actually likes going there and is always happy to see the receptionists and either vets.

Please be aware of Dr. Mann. My cat had an open wound on the skin belly and in need of couple of stiches Dr. Mann tried to convince me about other services(two teeth cleaning $130 blood tests over $200 etc.)totaling over $800. Dr. Mann spend only couple of minutes checking very superficial the wound of my cat and rest of the 10 min. time trying to squeeze as much money as possible. I was shocked and disgusted (My dentist cost me less than $100 for cleaning my teeth) I lost $45 checking fee for nothing. I had to go to an other vet, paid only $250 including the checking fee of only $25

They didn't give my cat a cone when I got him fixed, which resulted in him constantly licking at his stitches which caused it to take forever to heal. He was covered in his own urine because they kept him in his kennel for hours until we picked him up. He was covered in gross slimy goop all over his tail and back, which would not come off no matter how many times we tried to wash it off. After a few months of waiting for the slime to go away on its own and seeing no improvement, we had no choice but to shave it off. Theyre all very pushy and rude. I would not reccomend this clinic to anyone.

The kind staff assured me their clinic could help my dog. Our dog is a golden retriever cross about 8yrs old. She has a large lump/mass between her anus and vulva. My usual vet said surgery. Seeking a second opinion, I was given no advice and charged $45.00. The only thing he did say was wait till it gets worse then arrange to euthanize. I had some problems understanding what the vet was saying as he mumbled in addition to having an accent. That might just be me. The staff seemed great but the doctor was not even slightly helpful. It may not mean a thing but he is the first of 4 vets (that the dog has seen over her lifetime) that my dog barked, growled at and appeared to dislike/distrust. I know there are times when the vet can't help. I get that. However, we still do not know if the mass is cancer, infection, blockage or something else. How do I make an informed decision with no concrete information? my visit ended up being a money grab. Thanks for nothing,literally.

I have been a client since the clinic opened. Dr, Mann is very caring, an excellent surgeon, does early spay and neuter.I am a long time cat breeder and judge, he listens to my concerns and opinions, we work on solutions together. He is there for me in an emergency situation.

Our dog had been hit by a SUV and there was no time to drive him the 40 minutes it took to go to my vet that Ive had for the last 20 years so we raced to Menzies Pet Hospital. I had been there before with out dog and was pleased with the service. I was rushed in and Dr. Maan stabilized the dog and explained what the next steps would be. Dr Maan explained that the injuries would be very slow as he lost a fair bit of skin which couldn't be stretched to be sewn. It has almost been two months and he is almost healed. Dr Maan has been so great, compassionette, and generous. The staff are wonderful. I will keep Dr. Maan as my #1 vet from now on. Our dog has spent many days visiting for dressing changes and to be observed and I wouldn't want him to go anywhere else. Dr. Maan, you're the Man:)

Our rescue society has been going to this vet since 2005..Dr. Mann and is staff are dedicated..caring individuals who work very hard every day to make sure all the animals in their care receive everything the animals need and more..Could not ask for a better hospital..Safe At Last Dog Rescue

On October 31, 2013, I rushed two of my dogs to my regular veterinary clinic after a serious fight with another larger dog. Both dogs were suffering from extensive head and eye trauma. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I discovered that my doctor was away. Because of the nature of their injuries and time being a huge factor in their recovery, I chose not to proceed to the nearest emergency clinic and headed for Menzie's Pet Hospital. I'm SO glad I did! Dr. Mann was wonderful. He calmed me with his professional manner and kind words. Then cleared his schedule and took both dogs into surgery immediately. I was sure that both dogs would loose an eye and had prepared myself for this. After two weeks, I'm happy to report that both of my babies are doing well, have retained their eyes and vision, and may even make a complete recovery, something I never expected. I give this clinic my highest recommendation, The doctors and staff are excellent and very professional!

My pets are like my children to me. Dr. Mann is my trusted and valued Vet. For almost 5 years I have been bringing my pets there. I have a cat with renal failure, who I am working hard to provide the best care to at home and with medical care. Dr. Mann is always very helpful, compassionate and always provides a plethora of information. His knowledge as a vet is great and he is kind, sincere and compassionate about animals. My cat really likes him and tolerates any exams, tests and prodeedures. He trusts Dr. Mann as much as I do. I also find this clinic to be more affordable than other options. Staff are also always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic to others often.

I have been a client of the Menzies Pet Hospital for the past 8 years and when I moved to this community,the Menzies Pet Hospital came highly recommended to me by several friends who had personally enjoyed a long history with this Vet service. I have had all of my pets health maintenance, spay/neutering and emergency care attended to By Dr. MANN and his staff. The reception is always friendly, efficient and informative with anticipated cost and all health related concerns and expectations explained in full detail. Dr MANN is gentle, friendly and he and his staff are always professional, informative and they are passionate about delivering top quality service. They provide excellent care in a timely fashion and keep me totally informed of my pets health, usually coming in under any original expense estimates. I'm extremely happy to be a valued client and treated like a family member and very thankful for the quality health care which is constantly provided by the Menzies Pet Hospital.

I had a not so good experience here. I brought my cat in after I found him with blood on his back legs. The doctor looked at him briefly and said he was hit by a car? Original price was $900.And the price went up to over $1700. After some work was done, when we decided we would have to put him down :( . We got the feeling it was all about how much money he could soak us for, meanwhile we lost our longtime pet.

I can't believe how many hoops I've had to go through to try and post a review on this guy. I guess that's why he has a positive rating. He is (among people I know) rated as the worst vet in town. The man mis-sexed a cat. What kind of vet can't tell the sex of a cat? He also told me how vicious my Rottweiler was, and that he would turn on me at any time. My Rott was laying on his back with all 4 feet in the air for a nail trim at the time he was saying this. I would never go back.

I went to Menzies after having taken my dog to two previous vets. Dr mann was able to treat my dog's sickness and got the diagnosis right the first time. The dr really is an amazing guy and seems very experienced. The staff was also very compassionate. I wish I had gone there before those other vets who couldn't fix the problem even after charging me a grand. I definitely recommend Menzies Vet Clinic.

Dr.Mann is one of the best vets i have ever met.He has done alot for my animals, I found a dog at the dump and he treated his mange and cared for all of his other wounds he has gotten. He is very helpful when it comes to prices,and does not do things that are not nesscary for the animal.

Dr. Mann has been seeing my dogs since they opened their doors for the first time! As a Breeder, vet care is very important to me. I am picky. I like my vet to know my dogs inside and out. I can honestly say He is a wonderful vet. He has helped me many times when needed and has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He is honest, and compassionate, caring and gentle. I trust him completely. There are very few vets out there that are not in it for the money. Dr. Mann is a good man who truly cares about the animals who are his patients and their families. I reccomend him to anyone who needs a good vet. not only is he, in my opinion, one of the best vets in town, but also one of the better priced hospitals as well. He and his staff deserve a pat on the back for their hard work. Honestly, one of the best vets Ive ever seen. you cant go wrong here. THANK YOU MENZIES PET HOSPITAL!!!

Dr. Mann has been a good compassionate Vet. Some of the low-cost vets have a bad reputation for not giving really compassionate care, but Dr. Mann has been exemplary. The medical diet my cats need to be on for chronic problems is MUCH less expensive there too. I am very happy to take my pets here and trust Dr. Mann.

Dr Mann provides exceptional care for our pets (we have 3 cats and one dog). The dog recently required some serious surgery on his hind leg and we were so impressed with the skill and caring of the Doctor and his staff. Highly recommend Menzies Pet Hospital !!
