This place is owned by a vet tech and has had more of a change-over of vets than any other place I know (continuity of care is out the window). Beyond that, every time I went, they would try to push tests, treatments, procedures, drugs that I didn't need (or want). One of them tried to guilt me into having my dog's teeth cleaned before even looking at the teeth.

Brown Deer Animal Hospital misdiagnosed and misteated my dog with 3 different infections witch they treated worng. I had to have a different veterinarian reteat all 3 infections again. The owner of Brown Deer Animal Hospital didn't take any responsibility for any of their teatments and refused to talk with me them when I brouth them up with her. She (The owner) then call my new veterinarian and told them lies so they wounld't treat my dog. There is a lot more that when on here bout not enuf room in the comments to explane but these are my main complaints.

They've been my vets for almost 33 years..great staff, fantasic veterinarians. Compassionate, caring and nurturing in anyone's time of need.
