Had to give up my precious fur child and instructed the staff to be sure her name was spelled correctly on her box of ashes. Name not spelled correctly and Vet never returned my call; had to handle it myself.Also, when I had an appointment for 4:30 was not seen until 5:25

Dr HUff is excellent! Dr allen not so much. Dr Allen likes to order excessive things and refuses to write scripts for other pharmacies where you could save a lot of money. I changed vets when I could not have Dr Huff as our primary. The ratings are based on Dr Allen because this is his practice. The staff is young and not very proffesional. The prices are not that great considering all the money I've saved on unnecessary tests/ treatments and of course ordering my pets meds elsewhere I have in fact saved a bundle. The grassy area out front of this office is full of dog ****. So much in fact my animal would rather go on the concrete and yes, I did clean up after him. As a whole I did think Dr Allen was a decent vet just cares more about money then the animal and tries to guilt folks into overspending.
