Dr Alexander and her staff are wonderful. I have always had a positive experience each time I take my "babies" to the hospital. Dr. Alexander, treats each "client" like they were her babies. I highly recommend Piedmont Animal Hospital to everyone who wants the BEST care for their "babies". The waiting room is always clean and they have private rooms to talk with Dr. Alexander. Whenever I call, the staff always finds a way to get me into to the doctor.

I rated this as the way I did because the office had urine dryed on the floor. I heard Dr. Alexander talking about another client while I was there. I now us Gaffney Animal Hospital and I am VERY staisfied with them. My dog is on a meds. that Dr. A said to give once a day and Dr. Laster at Gaffney Animal Hospital said that med only works if given twice a day, so I got a 2nd option and that med only works if given twice a day. My dog is doing much better now. Thank twice before you go to Piedmont Animal Hospital.Thanks

I pass by 3 other vets to get to this one, and will NOT use another. It's worth the drive to get to the best.
