The vets and staff members have taken such good care of both our mini schnauzers, one of which has chronic pancreatitis. Shout-out to Dr. Foil and staff, who always provide the best care, listen to our concerns, and are our partners in care. Can't say enough about this practice!

My dog had a large tumor in her eye. Our vet contacted an expert in this kind of surgery and performed the surgery himself. He continued to monitor our dog over the next 4 years and always checked her eye when she came in. Libby lived another 4 years and died of old age at 14. On her last day of life, we took her back to our vet and he was very compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. He looked genuinely upset that she was leaving us. He is the best and so was his staff, very caring.

I took my Silky Terrier to get his teeth cleaned and they removed 8 teeth without my permission. A younger technician performed the procedure and the vet admitted he was only there for part of it and in and out of the room. I am furious. I went back to discuss it and they had no remorse or apology or explanation for what they had done. VERY POOR.

Horrible experience. My dog was have seizures and no one would open the door in the morning when I knocked (even though someone was in there). My dog was gasping for air and I sat helpless. The receptionist/staff person finally opened the door at 9 am -- and all she cared about was who had seen my dog before and when. Who cares!! So rude and arrogant - I was almost in tears as my dog just kept seizing. She never once said she was sorry for the wait. No doctor at 9 am. When the vet showed up he was kind and caring. He sedated her, but she died that afternoon. I wrote a letter to the vet that owns the business, but she never even had the decency to write me or call me and apologize for my horrible experience. I will never get over the pain of losing my dog, but I will also never get over how horribly I was treated by the person at the desk. Heard horrible things about her from others that went there too. You would think that people in that business would have some compassion.

I have been a pet owner and breeder for over 25 years. This Drs. and staff in this clinic are honorable, knowledged, dedicated and extremely caring. They have gone over and above the call of duty more than once to care for one of my dogs or cats. I have used other clinics in the past, but Brush Run Vet. exceeds them in every aspect of pet care.
