My cat was diagnosed with the wrong disease after being charged $2000 up front, they promised me that my kitty would not be left alone found out that was a lie All the pets are left alone after the offices closes and all weekend long. I finally pulled my cat from the office when she started to get worse I brought her to AMC in manhatten they finally got to the bottem of what was going on. Now she is healthy again and only paid half of what Northside charged and I actually had boarded Vets taking care of her around the clock. I WOULD NOT BRING A PET HERE IF IT WAS THE LAST PRACTICE IN STATEN ISLAND. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

First off when you enter this practice it smells horrible, the office is so outdated looks like the 70's was last update. The receptionist's are CLUELESS. The prices are insane I paid over $500 for exam vaccs and hw meds. Dr. Borzio is the rudest man alive, I dont know how he lasted 30 years in practice. Lets not all forget that he shot his neighbors dog in cold blood a few years ago. BAD MAN.

the staff is unbelievably rude. their manager is the most unprofessional person we have ever met. the doctors are very crude. when you walk into this place it smells horrible. i wouldn't take my dog there if it was hit by the car right in front of the place
