Dr. Ron and his staff are the warmest, most caring people I have ever met. Ron has been taking care of my ferrets since 1995, except for the five years when I lived elsewhere, but even then, he allowed the vet I was seeing to contact him to help with a couple of diagnosis. He's funny and caring and the best ferret surgeon out there. As long as I have ferrets, I will go to Dr. Ron.

Dr. Ron is the greatest! When my kitty was sick, he and his techs put every ounce of effort into her care. From the very first tech who coaxed me into letting him examine my kitty to the next tech who stayed late into the night on the phone with me and supervising my kitty, the staff is incredible. Dr. Ron even came in the next morning very early to check on my kitty, and give her the absolute best care she deserved. I see alot about him assuming the worst, but in this case, I am so very grateful he did, and my cat is alive today. He really is an outstanding vet and a very relatable person. He's the best Eugene has to offer, and I would trust him above anyone else.

I'd trust Dr. Ron with my own life. He's intelligent, personable, funny, caring, and has been amazing with out pets. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals, especially ferrets. When we were living elsewhere for a year, we were able to call him in emergencies, and get advice for our clueless vets in the other city, even though Dr. Ron wasn't getting paid for it, and wasn't seeing our animals that year. He's a little expensive, and like someone else said, they do sometimes assume the worst and you end up paying for expensive tests, but these assumptions have saved my pets lives in the past, so I know they only do so because they genuinely care about you and your pets, and they won't pressure you to do procedures. They're very good about keeping you in the know, and Dr. Ron and everyone else was so compassionate when my baby had to be put to sleep. Everyone in the office wrote something about my pet on a card, I was deeply touched.

The staff at Emerald Valley are caring, friendly, and knowledgeable, and their new facilities are beautiful. However, some of their services seem overpriced, but you do get what you pay for. Dr. Ron is extremely intelligent and calm, but sometimes I feel like he disregards my concerns. However, he has performed major surgery on one of my ferrets, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do as good a job.

Dr. Ron and his staff are good. Though they seem to react very strongly when it may not be merited. One of my dogs became sick, he basically told me she was about to die. Ordered several very expensive tests. A different time he diagnosed another dog with a terrible disease, without using standard testing.

Dr. Ron Titterington & his staff are wonderful people and very caring with my cats that he's treated. They all take a real concern and don't forget who you are.

Dr. Ron is one of the best vets I've ever met, and *always* gives my ferret the very best care! Hes calm, caring, and has ferrets of his own - you can tell by the way he interacts with mine that he really cares. I have been told that he also does the care for the homeless ferrets! :) What a great vet!
