HORRIBLEI took my dog there to be put down.assistant then explained the procedure to me I asked how many shes done she said over 200 so i said fine you can do it.Then she gave him the shot. and we waited i finally got my boy to sleep when another workeropened the door and started talking to my boy and woke him up.20minutes later shedid it again. we waited in there for an hr then the vet came now he started talking about other options. i said no weve already discussedthat. he then said that the quickest way was to shoot him directly in the heart.I just said as long as he doesnt feel pain he went to get everything another 10 minutes. he came back shot my boy THROUGH the heart. boy woke up instantly an was crying and kicking and as i tried to calm him. the vet just watched him. i then said you missed. he said theyll need to start an iv. i said do it he didnt have that ready either. so we had to wait another ten minutes with my boy inpain and awakefinally got the iv then he charged me more

I would never ask for anyone else to touch my "kids". Dr Rossi is the best.

Dr. John Rossi, as well as the vet technicians that work there are very knowledgeable and compassionate when caring for my pets. Their clinic cares for almost every type of pet, as well as some wildlife that people rescue. The facilities are kept very clean and sterilized for safety, and also any diseased animals are kept in quarantine so as not to affect other animals in the kennels. They also offer grooming for an inexpensive price, which is hard to fins in my area. Probably thre best experience I have ever had at an animal hospital!

Dr. Rossi is the best vet we have ever used. We have two old dogs who would not be here if it were not for Dr. Rossi. He and his staff our dogs like they were their own pets.

Dr Rossi has seen my skunks since I have had them for 4 yrs now and has saved ones of my furkids life. He has a bad heart and is great with him. He has done a great job with any rescues I have brought in to him also.

Dr. John Rossi specializes in treating reptiles and is the author of several snake husbandry and identification books. He has treated most of my menagerie, including snakes, lizards, cats, turtles and hedgehogs. Both he and his staff are among the most competent and compassionate caregivers I have ever encountered.

Excellent vet. Highly recommended, especially for exotic pets, including ferrets. Also sees reptiles, birds, as well as "traditional" pets.
