HORRIBLEI took my dog there to be put down.assistant then explained the procedure to me I asked how many shes done she said over 200 so i said fine you can do it.Then she gave him the shot. and we waited i finally got my boy to sleep when another workeropened the door and started talking to my boy and woke him up.20minutes later shedid it again. we waited in there for an hr then the vet came now he started talking about other options. i said no weve already discussedthat. he then said that the quickest way was to shoot him directly in the heart.I just said as long as he doesnt feel pain he went to get everything another 10 minutes. he came back shot my boy THROUGH the heart. boy woke up instantly an was crying and kicking and as i tried to calm him. the vet just watched him. i then said you missed. he said theyll need to start an iv. i said do it he didnt have that ready either. so we had to wait another ten minutes with my boy inpain and awakefinally got the iv then he charged me more

Dr Rossi has seen my skunks since I have had them for 4 yrs now and has saved ones of my furkids life. He has a bad heart and is great with him. He has done a great job with any rescues I have brought in to him also.
