I brought my parents cat in on a Tuesday after being hit by a car. I was not sure if he would make it. I asked them to call me not my father the next morning with his condition, as my elderly father was not doing well coping with this. They called him anyway. They did'nt bother to tell me they were not open on Wednesday. I left a message hoping the vet who lives in the building would give me a quick call. No reply. I called Thursday, and after much runaround, spoke to a vet tech who told me of x-rays and other doctors coming later that day. When I called Friday morning, they told me he was doing better, no major internal problems, and he could come home to heal. Again they had called my father, who has dementia, and he was upset because he did'nt understand what he was told. We brought him home, he seemed to be doing poorly, and was dead the next morning. My poor father was heartbroken. I will never bring another animal to this vet again.
