Misdiagnosed two of our cats. The first started to die as they made me wait in the waiting room. The second needed steroids but they were too lazy to do a blood test that would have diagnosed the problem. Took her to another vet and she is doing fine a year later. And very bad attitudes.

I think the Cannon Valley Veterinary Clinic is just fine for shots and simple problems. Their lack of diagnostic skills and poor interpretation of blood tests cost the life of our animal. After visiting a more skilled vet, the problem was immediately diagnosed. But it was too late. Beware.

Best vet clinic in southern minnesota! The facilities are clean, staff is knowledgeable and courteous, and the prices are very reasonable. My dogs have seen three of the vets there and I have had great experiences with each of them. They truly will go the extra mile to help your pet.

These folks are amazing! They are so kind and gentle with our cats and extrememly well educated in feline care. We have a three older cats and they are well versed in the care and diseases associated with older animals. They have also helped us with the care of 5 kittens we were fostering. We have had one emergency at 10pm and the doctor on-call is very accessible and took time to investigate our issue we were having and call us back with the very best info available to reassure us he'd be fine. Dr Tollefson provided me with her personal email to discuss medication options with her for our cat with renal disease. The clinic ALWAYS gives the price of each test and/or procedure before performing it. The clinic is clean and is an up-to-date facility. I drive 40 miles round trip to go there and when one of my cats gets nervous they know he needs a little extra gentle care and provide a little Felaway in the office to calm him. Dr's Tollefson, Bisel and Passe have all assisted us. A+
