The staff is friendly. The office is clean. Dr. Conti is knowledgeable. My dog, children and I were very comfortable. I have worked with animals in the past, and Dr. Conti is wonderful after experiencing numerous veterinarians in the past.

i have adopted a 7 year old dog from the shelter and brought to dr. conti for a check up-- the staff couldn't have been nicer when we arrived and the doctor was very professional and caring the office was clean and comfortable it is a vets office not a 5th ave. glamour office --on our 2nd visit the staff greeted me and my dog and remembered his name and greeted him--i am very stisfied with the way we were treated and will certainly return in the future for all our veterinary needs---

The atmosphere is not very welcoming. The staff seems miserable to be there and the doctor rushes you right out the door. They don't show much affection and treated my puppy like she was just another customer. She HATED it there..you could tell she did not trust the doctor. She freaked when he took her temperature, which I figured was typical. We took her somewhere else and she literally loved it, and so did I. Did she freak when they took her temp? No, as a matter of fact she wagged her tail because she was comfortable there. I do not recommend Pleasant Plains Vet at all, unless you are looking for someone who does not care.
