Front desk was friendly and efficient. We got in to see our vet within 2 minutes of our appointment - nice! Dr. Cheung was genuinely friendly and kind, answered our questions clearly, and helped us make treatment decisions. Pricing was higher than I'd like, and higher than another local vet, but importantly this vet diagnosed the issue while the cheaper place did not - worth it!

Most front desk staff are polite and lovely but one is very rude and this really can make for an unpleasant visit. The veterinarians seem very good but exams are short and not as thorough as what I am used to with my previous vet ( who is now retired). Their prices are good which is likely why they need to keep appointments short. You can't have it both ways.

Good price, and quite fast. They got my pet's name wrong, and didn't ask for her birthday, they just made something up on the invoice... Which seemed quite unprofessional. ....It was like going to a fast food drive. It was my first time using them as they were closer to home than my preferred vet. The staff was okay, front desk didn't acknowledge me when I entered and kept chatting with a lady for a good 10-15 mins, before telling me I was late. My pet is deathly afraid of going to strange places so I had trouble getting her into her carrier in the morning. The vet was friendly, and not pushy, but didn't have much to say, just gave her the annual exam and shots, then I was told we were done. Quick and simple. I wasn't used to this as my other vet was very reassuring and had a ton of information, as well as a care package for me to take home on my first visit.

I am very happy to have found this place after trying 4 other vets. Dr Cheung is amazing, she takes all the time you need, will answer all your questions, and I never once felt rushed or pressured in any way. I've seen all 3 vets here and they were all really nice and helpful. No fuss, just good advice. Prices seem reasonable compared to the other places I've been to. Sadly I can't say the same for all the front desk staff - some of them are lovely but there are a couple who are a bit sour faced and unfriendly, not really what you want when your beloved pet is going in for surgery - or when you're handing over 100s of your hard-earned $ for a procedure, a simple thank you would be nice...

I have brought my cats to see Dr. Muller for 16 years and have been extremely pleased with how he cares for my cats. He also has great bedside manner with me, patiently explaining procedures and answering all my questions. More recently, I have spoken with Dr.Cheung on the phone several times and she is just as kind. The staff is also helpful. The doctors do what needs to be done in a caring manner and no extra procedures have ever been pushed on me. Several weeks ago, my older first born furchild was very sick. She stayed at the hospital for a couple of days and received excellent care. Dr. Muller called me many times during her stay to keep me updated. When she took a turn for the worse, he immediately called me and stayed past closing time so I could have time to pick her up. She passed away at home and the vet sent me a lovely card and flowers. It's important to have kind, knowledgeable doctors who care about my cats and whom I trust. I am so happy with this hospital.

Our 11 year old dog arrived in great pain and was treated with wonderful compassionate and kind care while passing away by Dr. Cheung and staff Words cannot describe how grateful we are.

I love this vet and so does our dog. He is always happy to see the staff. Their prices are very reasonable. They don't push unnecessary tests or meds.

This clinic is amazing! The price is reasonable to me. Helpful staff and knowledgable vet. I had my cat spayed here and it was a fantastic experience. Would recomend any pet lovers to visit them.

I had just experience a real bad vet at another place close to my new place and went here for help. They were gentle, informative and very friendly. I felt right at home here. My cat had an ear infection and they gave me antibiotics. Within 3 days my cat was starting to feel better and it was only half the price of the other vet at another place. They called me to check on my Pepper and I was happy for that. Good place as I used to bring my senior cat there 5 yrs ago. The other vet was telling me he needed surgery and all that crap just to bring up the bill. Ended up he didn't need surgery al all.

I always enjoy bringing my dogs here. The staff obviously love animals. They fawn over my dogs and make them feel comfortable and even excited to be at the vet, which is awesome because one of my dogs was terrified of our previous clinic. The vets here are knowledgeable and kind. Their prices are reasonable, and I always leave feeling like I got the best care possible for my little guys.

This vet lost my cat today. I took it in to get his teeth cleaned and I dropped him off in the am and left for work. 30 minutes later I got a message on my phone saying that they lost my cat Whiskers. Apparently they had the back door open while they had him out on their operating table.
Without returning their call I left right away to go back to the vet. I was expecting them to still be looking for him unless he was already found. But no, to my surprise and disappointment no one was out looking for him when I got there.
I looked around the block myself and eventually found him under a tree scared and shaking. He seemed happy to see me. Needless to say, if they cannot ensure his safety in such a basic way than I wouldn't trust them to care for him in any way.

My cat Frank was recently hospitalized here. The staff were so wonderful and kind. They didn't judge for any of my financial concerns. The doctor was friendly and flexible. She even stayed later than closing time to go over everything with me in detail. I could not be happier. Thanks for saving my little man!

Took my Himalayan in for a check up and have her nails cut. pleased they didn't put her out to do nails as she is difficult to handle. will gladly take her back. the lady vet is great.

I spayed my Golden Retriever Puppy here.Dr Cheung did a wonderful surgery for my dog. The staffs are easy to deal with. Price is reasonable compare to my regular vet clinics.

I totally agree with the previous posting. My cat had the same problem and has crystal as well. They squeezed him and I felt so bad for my cat. And same, staff was very nice and so was the doctor. My cat recovered very well and had no problem since. I am 100% agreement with the prev. post.

Took my cat there because he had crystals blocked in his urerthra and was in a lot of pain. The doctors there were very nice, and friendly and was patient in communicating. Facilities were okay, however I would only give them a 3.5 because they don't have ear thermometers, they only had the ones that takes the anal temperature, which seemed a bit outdated and made my cat pretty uncomfortable. Also, although they were nice, I felt they could have been more gentle when handling my cat who was in a lot of pain. (they tried to squeeze out the crystal by squeezing his bladder.....VERY painful for the cat). So staff was nice, however the wait time can get a little long~~~
