We've been going to this place for many years, the staff and the vets there used to be really professional and knew what they're doing.
My 13 year old chihuahua needed a dental cleanup recently and she came home totally beaten up. I was informed by the vet that during the procedure, the tube came out of the trachea and water probably got into it. And that one tooth got crushed during the procedure and blood kept coming out of her nose. She was totally stoned by the anesthesia and couldn't move at all the whole night since we brought her back at 6pm. It's absolutely unbearable to see her tiny body suffer like this after the procedure.
This used to be my most trustable vet hospital and I had recommended it to many friends but now this hospital hire young and inexperienced vet but charge you like crazy. I will never go back again!

Front desk was friendly and efficient. We got in to see our vet within 2 minutes of our appointment - nice! Dr. Cheung was genuinely friendly and kind, answered our questions clearly, and helped us make treatment decisions. Pricing was higher than I'd like, and higher than another local vet, but importantly this vet diagnosed the issue while the cheaper place did not - worth it!

Most front desk staff are polite and lovely but one is very rude and this really can make for an unpleasant visit. The veterinarians seem very good but exams are short and not as thorough as what I am used to with my previous vet ( who is now retired). Their prices are good which is likely why they need to keep appointments short. You can't have it both ways.

Good price, and quite fast. They got my pet's name wrong, and didn't ask for her birthday, they just made something up on the invoice... Which seemed quite unprofessional. ....It was like going to a fast food drive. It was my first time using them as they were closer to home than my preferred vet. The staff was okay, front desk didn't acknowledge me when I entered and kept chatting with a lady for a good 10-15 mins, before telling me I was late. My pet is deathly afraid of going to strange places so I had trouble getting her into her carrier in the morning. The vet was friendly, and not pushy, but didn't have much to say, just gave her the annual exam and shots, then I was told we were done. Quick and simple. I wasn't used to this as my other vet was very reassuring and had a ton of information, as well as a care package for me to take home on my first visit.

I am very happy to have found this place after trying 4 other vets. Dr Cheung is amazing, she takes all the time you need, will answer all your questions, and I never once felt rushed or pressured in any way. I've seen all 3 vets here and they were all really nice and helpful. No fuss, just good advice. Prices seem reasonable compared to the other places I've been to. Sadly I can't say the same for all the front desk staff - some of them are lovely but there are a couple who are a bit sour faced and unfriendly, not really what you want when your beloved pet is going in for surgery - or when you're handing over 100s of your hard-earned $ for a procedure, a simple thank you would be nice...

I have brought my cats to see Dr. Muller for 16 years and have been extremely pleased with how he cares for my cats. He also has great bedside manner with me, patiently explaining procedures and answering all my questions. More recently, I have spoken with Dr.Cheung on the phone several times and she is just as kind. The staff is also helpful. The doctors do what needs to be done in a caring manner and no extra procedures have ever been pushed on me. Several weeks ago, my older first born furchild was very sick. She stayed at the hospital for a couple of days and received excellent care. Dr. Muller called me many times during her stay to keep me updated. When she took a turn for the worse, he immediately called me and stayed past closing time so I could have time to pick her up. She passed away at home and the vet sent me a lovely card and flowers. It's important to have kind, knowledgeable doctors who care about my cats and whom I trust. I am so happy with this hospital.

Our 11 year old dog arrived in great pain and was treated with wonderful compassionate and kind care while passing away by Dr. Cheung and staff Words cannot describe how grateful we are.

I have been going to this Veterinary Clinic for many, many years and have never considered going anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and knowledgble. The care of my feline and canine companions has been excellent.

After having a bad experience at the clinic just down the street, I took my elderly cat to see Dr. Mattsson. She is fairly new to the clinic. She turned out to be the most compassionate vet I have ever dealt with. She told me that my cat Jasmine could have one of two prognosis. A broken pelvis or a blood clot. She said that she could xray, but due to her age, it wouldn't change anything knowing which prognosis it was. Either way Jasmine was in a lot of pain. She suggested the kindest thing would be to let her go. I was devastated, but she was so kind. They let me call my husband to come in and gave her some pain killers. They were so gentle with her even though she proved to be a challenge. They let us say goodbye to her and when it was time, Dr Mattsson very gradually eased her to sleep. It was so gradual and gentle. We were both crying so much. I could tell that Dr Mattsson felt bad. They let us stay with her as long as we needed to. I have found a fantastic vet!

I love this vet and so does our dog. He is always happy to see the staff. Their prices are very reasonable. They don't push unnecessary tests or meds.

This clinic is amazing! The price is reasonable to me. Helpful staff and knowledgable vet. I had my cat spayed here and it was a fantastic experience. Would recomend any pet lovers to visit them.

I had just experience a real bad vet at another place close to my new place and went here for help. They were gentle, informative and very friendly. I felt right at home here. My cat had an ear infection and they gave me antibiotics. Within 3 days my cat was starting to feel better and it was only half the price of the other vet at another place. They called me to check on my Pepper and I was happy for that. Good place as I used to bring my senior cat there 5 yrs ago. The other vet was telling me he needed surgery and all that crap just to bring up the bill. Ended up he didn't need surgery al all.

We have been taking both our puppy and middle aged cat to see Dr. Cheung since moving to the neighbouhood a year ago and could not be happier. Dr. Cheung treats both her animal patients and human clients with respect, compassion and professionalism. At every visit, she seems genuinely happy to see my pets and takes all the time needed to answer our questions not only about our pets' health, but also behaviours and training. She also values our opinions and insights and takes them into careful consideration when diagnosing and treating my cat and dog. The staff are exceptional as well and have been great about making time for my sick pets to be seen on very short notice. For all of these reasons and more, we will continue to use this clinic and recomment it to our friends.

I've only been to this clinic 3-4 times but I've seen both vets and I like them both! Dr. Muller is very experienced and knowledgable. Dr. Chung is so good with the animals and is extra friendly and very good at explaining things so that I could understand. Every time my cat has been sick (diarrhea, bite wound, etc) the problem has always been resolved quickly and at a reasonable price! the receptionist are very nice and will really go the extra mile for you. Overall I really like this clinic and would recommend them to anyone. The only thing I could criticize is the building is older and it shows but I guess it works!

Dr. Muller has been in the business for a long time, there is not much that he hasn't seen before. He has a good clinical sense and the test he orders are specific for the probable diagnosis from my experience. You certainly will not leave there in the dark about your pets health. He is a skilled vet and the new vet Dr Cheung is really great with animals. I find their prices to be neither cheap, nor unrealistically expensive either. I would rate them as a very good value, you don't really want a cheap vet, by the way! Once I had a question about my dogs food (from the vet) and they promised to call me back but never made their way round to it. In 11 years of gong there that is the only thing I everest going lavking in any way. Having a dog with cancer now, it has been a relief to have a good vet

I always enjoy bringing my dogs here. The staff obviously love animals. They fawn over my dogs and make them feel comfortable and even excited to be at the vet, which is awesome because one of my dogs was terrified of our previous clinic. The vets here are knowledgeable and kind. Their prices are reasonable, and I always leave feeling like I got the best care possible for my little guys.

This vet lost my cat today. I took it in to get his teeth cleaned and I dropped him off in the am and left for work. 30 minutes later I got a message on my phone saying that they lost my cat Whiskers. Apparently they had the back door open while they had him out on their operating table.
Without returning their call I left right away to go back to the vet. I was expecting them to still be looking for him unless he was already found. But no, to my surprise and disappointment no one was out looking for him when I got there.
I looked around the block myself and eventually found him under a tree scared and shaking. He seemed happy to see me. Needless to say, if they cannot ensure his safety in such a basic way than I wouldn't trust them to care for him in any way.

I had my puppy neutered here about a month ago, I was impressed with Dr.Cheung during our first appointment. She was so personable and answered all my questions!I also appreciated the time the technicians took with going over instructions for me and how the surgery went when I picked him up. It was reasonably priced compared to many vets in this city. Some charge up to $400!! They called me 2 days later to check up on my lil guy. I thought that was so nice! I will definitely be back.

My cat Frank was recently hospitalized here. The staff were so wonderful and kind. They didn't judge for any of my financial concerns. The doctor was friendly and flexible. She even stayed later than closing time to go over everything with me in detail. I could not be happier. Thanks for saving my little man!

This place charged me 5ml of sulcrate and inside the bottle can only find rougly 2.5ml. When I return this morning to ask them about it, the front desk woman accused me to spilling the medicine. She did pour 1.5ml back into my bottle even though it's suppose to be 2.5ml which they already charged me. I've never met someone this rude before, I'm sure if she look inside their medicine dispenser she'll realize that they stiffed me. I would suggest steer clear of this hospital, choose ones that take care of your pet and not cheat your pet of their medicine. I rated this place negative ten out of five.

I've brought all my pets to this vet clinic, and always been pleased. Their prices are pretty standard and they really go above and beyond for the care of your pet. Dr Cheung is also very patient and good with rabbits, and she's quite knowledgeable considering she does not specialize in exotics. Dr Muller also spayed my puppy and saved my cat's life (!!) when she was on the brink of death. I will DEFINITELY continue to bring my furry family here!

Took my Himalayan in for a check up and have her nails cut. pleased they didn't put her out to do nails as she is difficult to handle. will gladly take her back. the lady vet is great.

I spayed my Golden Retriever Puppy here.Dr Cheung did a wonderful surgery for my dog. The staffs are easy to deal with. Price is reasonable compare to my regular vet clinics.

While we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our appointment, I found Dr. Muller to be very knowledgable about cats with urinary problems. He took the time to discuss all options with us and did not push meds, tests or veterinary foods. He was very quick to call me with the urine results the next day and once again explain everything carefully in layman's terms so I would understand. The office called a day later to see how my cat was doing and I really appreciated that. I would definitely use this vet again in the future.

we have entrusted our 4 legged family members to this clinic for over 12 years. Always have had good service. Punctuality?? that might have been the time our cat had a massive seisure and had emergency treatment or when our dog became paralyzed and Dr Mueller fitted them in. When our dog had to have spinal surgery at the wellness clinic, dr Mueller or a staff member phoned each day to see how our dog was doing. When our other dog died last year of bone cancer, the staff made his passing quiet and all of them had tears. They work for your family members

I totally agree with the previous posting. My cat had the same problem and has crystal as well. They squeezed him and I felt so bad for my cat. And same, staff was very nice and so was the doctor. My cat recovered very well and had no problem since. I am 100% agreement with the prev. post.

Took my cat there because he had crystals blocked in his urerthra and was in a lot of pain. The doctors there were very nice, and friendly and was patient in communicating. Facilities were okay, however I would only give them a 3.5 because they don't have ear thermometers, they only had the ones that takes the anal temperature, which seemed a bit outdated and made my cat pretty uncomfortable. Also, although they were nice, I felt they could have been more gentle when handling my cat who was in a lot of pain. (they tried to squeeze out the crystal by squeezing his bladder.....VERY painful for the cat). So staff was nice, however the wait time can get a little long~~~
