Nice people, but am distubed that an x-ray taken while my animal was moving was pronounced clear of cancer. $900 dollars worth of procedures that were too late with a specialist and properly done x-rays under sedation revealed that my animal's cancer had metastasized. Very expensive and bad experience.

I started taking my cocker spaniel to beltway the day I got her and have had nothing but problems. Most recent was when she got a rash on her underside, after being told it was just allergic dermatitis and given an oatmeal spray, then a steroid spray, then told to use ear flush on her, I finally got so fed up with them that I took her to another vet to find out she needed a fungal culture oral antibiotics and antibiotic ointment to treat what seems to be ring worms. It seems like no one knows what they are doing. The front office staff is rude and inconsiderate and just all around unpleasant to deal with. I will never be going back to beltway nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to this vet for 15 years, that should tell you how great I think they are. The only problem is with the front desk staff and phone calls. They have a large turn over at the desk and if you do call you can be on hold for a while!

i love this vet i take my jenny there the sweetest clinic i have been to they took the time to help with all my worries and treated jenny like there own i love it very very good
