	6/21/08	5	5	5	4	The lobby and treatment rooms are always spotless. The support staff are friendly and helpful. The only "negatives" would be sometimes the wait on hold on the phone can be a little lengthy and the costs for some services are probably a little higher than other places in the area. We choose to stay with them because of Dr Wendy, she's just absolutely wonderful with our senior kitty. She's caring, intelligent and attentive. I recommend this place to anyone.
