Any vet can treat a healthy cat but it takes great skill and compasssion to treat a very ill cat and a desperate "mother". I adopted a cat who turned out to be very sick. A vet at NCC correctly diagnosed her (when others had failed) and helped me give her the best year that she could have had. I could not have asked for a more caring, responsive, knowledgable vet. Over time, Bella was treated by both Drs. Waldrop and Ross, as well as a vet who worked covering them on weekends. Angie and the other staff were always kind and helpful. Dr. Waldrop even returned my phone call when Bella got ill when she and I were out of state. When it came time to say good bye for the last time, they comforted me as only truly dedicated and compassionate caregivers can. Soon Bella and I were very kindly remembered by them with a card and also a donation to Cornell University in her name. By far the best experience I could have had under the circumstances. I will forever be grateful.

They are wonderful and they truly love cats. The doctors are caring and the staff are excellent and knowledgable.
