Park Road vet provides proficient and excellent care. They took good care of my terminally ill cat. It was painful to make a decision to euthanize him but it was all handled with compassion and caring I am truly grateful.The staff are very living. GOD bless them!!!

I had an excellent experience with Kaiya at this clinic. The staff were friendly, the doctor was friendly and very knowledgable, they stayed late to address my dog's medical issue and it the cost was very reasonable. I would use this clinic again.

You will NOT find a better Veterinary Clinic anywhere in the Brantford are, the staff and doctors are fantastic with our little Bella. Do not bother to go elsewhere.

they are so compassionate and wow all 4 puppy's they held carried them around half hour before my app.. they are so caring first time there my mother came with me and she's gonna start being her 3 digs there now to... they look in their ears , eyes including moms... the another vet clinic I use to go to, no more..,not once did they do this for my dog... I highly recommend anyone with pets that be the vet to go :)

The staff and Dr. Gough provide excellent care to our dog Jackson. They go above and beyond with the care and love the provide to him. He loves it so much there, that he literally tries to jump out of the vehicle when we pull into the parking lot. The staff know Jackson very well and he is always excited to see them too. We have always been given extra care and the upmost best treatment and would highly recommend them and can't say enough great things about them. Also they always call and follow up on the care they have given Jackson.

I did some research when I moved to Brantford and picked this clinic to treat my cats and I've been very happy with the clinic. The front line staff are friendly and know me when I walk in. The facilities are clean and well organized. Sometimes there are delays to see the vet, but I understand that there are always unexpected delays when treating some animals. I have never waited for more than fifteen minutes. I am always in the exam room when the technicians and veterinarians treat my cats. I can see first hand the care they take and the love they have for the animals. I also use another clinic if my cats need attention after Park Road is closed. I would recommend Park Road to anyone with small companion animals.

Have not been with this clinic all that long, but it has been good so far. Don't try to push things pets don't need. Veterinary care is expensive.

We have been bringing our dog, Bailey, to this clinic since the day we got her and we wouldn't go anywhere else! All the girls and Dr. Gough are fantastic and Bailey gets the best care and attention from all. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who asked!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO ANOTHER CLINIC TO COMPARE, BUT WITH THE WONDERFUL HELPFUL STAFF AND THE KIND AND GENTLE DR GOUGH, WHO HAVE ALL HELPED WITH CARE OF MY PETS OVER THE PAST 16 YEARS, WHY THERE IS NO NEED FOR ME TO TAKE MY PETS TO ANOTHER CLINIC. KUDOS TO ALL. :-)

They are wonderful! What can I say? There focus is on the wellness of your animal, and they do the best they can every day. All my dogs have been going there since day 1. I wouldnt trade them for the world!
