Click to report rating    9/28/22   5     5     5     5   I have been bringing my beloved dogs to Dr Merz for 16 years and have been very pleased throughout. The vet techs are knowledgeable and supportive. Having heard horror stories about other clinics in other states, I feel very fortunate. RID: 70452
Click to report rating    9/12/12   4     5     5     4   Although I find that this clinic can be more expensive than some in the area, the quality of care is worth it. The staff is very caring and kind. Dr Lentz is excellant. She returns my phone calls promptly, listens to my concerns and opinions, and really cares about my pets. The clinic building is very clean, large waiting area divided by a half wall so you can be seperated from anyone rowdy who is also waiting. With lots of exam rooms and 5 doctors on staff, it is easy to get a convenient appointment, and I have also had them squeeze me in on short notice when things suddenly come up. RID: 37164
Click to report rating    11/11/08   1     4     5     1   I have been taking my pets to BCAC for several years. I wasn't impressed by the female veterinarian, but the other vets seemed fine. However, as time went on, I had to speak with the clinic manager because the vet techs had quite an attitude and they also had very poor communication skills. When I would try to ask questions about my dogs, I was always told to bring them in~they'd give no help over the phone. Routine things, such as swollen anal glands were cause for an office visit, which is now nearly $51! Even though I thought "anal glands" were the problem, they wouldn't answer my questions-I had to bring the dog in. The final straw-The loss my 1 1/2 yr old puppy. I brought my dog in because she was urinating inappropriately, drinking excessively - I called about problems w/ gas and not eating. I was told it was just behavioral. On Oct. 5th, I discovered a baseball sized tumor - The vet said that now that he looks at her records, he could see her symptoms pointed to cancer. RID: 10572
