I have been bringing my pets there since 2014.
At my last visit, I was charged for a fecal smear. I wasnt given a plastic tube to bring the feces in&charged for this service&I would bring a sample. I was told by a staff member that I would get this $ as a credit. I was told there is no credit and that the fecal matter was tested, yet there was no follow-up and no proof provided of the results. My mother called&was told by the office mgr that there is no credit&to find a new vet. I called&I was cut off&told that there is no credit and the former staff was not allowed to offer that credit. I was then told that since I lost the tubes, they were a part of a prepaid package and it could no longer be sent out. My mother was told we didn’t use the credit on time&lost it.I was called back office mgr saying I could bring in the fecal matter for testing but earlier they said that they wouldn’t do the testing because it’s been too long and the credit expired. Just dont go here.

I am exceptionally happy with Dr Gigi Zeitoun . She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I was also extremely impressed by her care and service for our dog Tobi, and her patience to answer all of our questions .
I cannot ask for more. Tobi is much better now than ever. She is the best doctor we’ve had. Tobi is In the best hands .
I am very happy for all of her great care!

Dr. Gigi Zeitoun has been a blessing in our life. You will not find a more compassionate, loving vet, who not only does what is best for your animals but that also doesn't over charge or try to sell you anything unnecessary keeping your vet bill down which is a first for us. We have 2 rescue cats, one who battles Irritable Bowel Disease and another with the Calici virus and Dr. Gigi has been there with us the whole way, to the point where we don't need to make regular vet visits because our cats are in such great health because of her care. Others told us our babies wouldn't live a good life or a long life which we didn't want to accept which is why we are so glad to have found Dr. Gigi Zeitoun she never gave up on our cats and is always there to help us in every way she can. I now never worry when a vet visit is needed because I know my animals are in the best of hands with Dr. Gigi Zeitoun.
Thank you Dr. Gigi for all that you do and for truly caring about the well being of animal

I cant say enough about the front line staff including the grooming staff, however the vets are consistently inconsistent, and in 13.5 years never left me with a warm and fuzzy. We had to put my dog down recently (not there emergency vet clinic), and I left a message to inform them and nobody bothered calling.

My cat and I had a great experience at Bayview Seven Animal Clinic. I brought Daisy in suffering from an infected uterus, she needed and emergency spay. They checked her over, did blood work and took her into surgery. She had to stay overnight for monitoring. Dr.Chark called me to let me know the surgery went well. I was worried about my kitty because she is a little shy and not used to strangers but later that night one of the vet techs texted me a picture of my sweetie resting comfortably with a blanket and warm water bottle to keep her cozy, how thoughtful !. She has since healed up beautifully and seems happier and more playful. I really appreciate the good care we got. They explained everything, answered my questions, kept me updated me on her progress and the cost was very reasonable. I'm so glad I found this clinic and I highly recommend them.

If you want the best veterinary care and service for your pet for a fair price then the Bayview Seven Animal Hospital is the place for you. Dr. Calvin Chark is the ultimate professional combining superior veterinary knowledge and skills with a compassionate side able to comfort both owner and pet in times of stress. The support staff are always friendly and accommodating. Their groomer, Mimi, is very talented and able to handle even the most difficult pet. There has been a dog in my house for 50 years and I have never received better veterinary care and service than what I receive at Bayview Seven Animal Hospital.

Dr. Bell is amazing! He's been treating our cats for over 30 years! He's very knowledgeable and does not push any unnecessary treatments, as some vets do.He is also very kind and seems to really like his patients! I trust him fully.I will only make appts with him. He's really exceptional!

I was referred to this clinic by a friend after moving to the area. I find them to be quite reasonably priced and the receptionists to be really friendly and understanding, they tell stories about their own pets and seem really genuine. The Dr I saw took his time with me and was also quite friendly.They were really busy so there was a bit of a wait but overall, I wouldn't hesitate to go back again. I think I've found a good spot for my little ones.

The only worse than my dog treatment was the customer service.
I was overcharge for services and useless consultation I didn’t ask for.
Receptionist was rude and Vet was so persistent trying to sell me things and services my dog didn’t required.
For the sake of my dog I’ll find a better Vet and will never be back.

I am always impressed when going in to the clinic. They are always welcoming and friendly. Knowledgeable staff who are able to answer all my questions. Having to put my cat down was not an easy decision but they made it as comforting as it could be.

Overall I'm not impressed with this clinic. The receptionist is extremely rude. ZERO customer service skills. The grooming is sub-par (sometimes I feel like they don't even bathe my dog)and the prices are expensive. I also don't like the fact that they always try to up sell you on crap your pet doesn't need.

I was coming in for a second opinion (didn't mention that when appt. was book). Had the vet. do a full exam and was told at the end of the visit my dog was fine. My previous vet had just given me a est. for dentistry $1600.00. Thank you for the help.

Bad Attitude with staff. never have i been treated so poorly. Cust service is not their first motive. 1 hour late for full day grooming. 2 dogs there all day. they turned me away. went to another vet clinic and with no appointment was looked after

I found Dr. Covant extremely attentive and professional in every treatment and visit. He will find the time to explain each situation and provides a lot of support for the family. I have known Dr. Covant for over 10 years and he has treated two of my dogs, one had passed away and one is 9 years old. I found Dr. Covent very resourceful and pragmatic in treatment of my dogs. I appreciate having him looking after my pets and he is the best!

I have taken all my cats to this clinic for over 18 years. I have had only positive experiences here. Staff are very friendly, the vets charge reasonably. I had a call telling me my cat did not need a teeth cleaning after she was dropped off for the service. The Dr could have gone ahead with the service and charged me but did not . I am happy here.

These guys saved my dog's life, I was bringing him in for vaccinations when they found an a small bump. The doctor was very nice in explaining the problem and now after all is done, the bump could have ended his life rapidly. The staff were extremely supportive along the way. I now recommend it to all new pet owners

One of the worst vets i have encountered. have been there a few times each time, my dog or cat has contracted an infection, obvious dirty establishment, no customer service skills. From reading other comments stay away. Better off finding a quality vet than wasting your time with this one.

I brought my aging dog to this clinic recently since moving to the area and I have never wanted to go elsewhere. Both receptionists know me and my dog by first names, as do some of the techs. I like that the vets explain things to me in ways that I understand, and that they give me options for treatment where available. My dog has a number of special needs and they are sympathetic and accommodating to her. I also get her groomed by Mimi, who does a wonderful job and seems to really care. I've been to a few vets along the way (my dog is 14) and this is by far the best I have been to. I think that some of the bad reviews on here are unfortunate, and I hope they don't prevent some people from trying this place.

I brought my dog in for rabies and another vaccine. They said it would be ok to give her both at the same time but she ended up overdosing and having seizures!!! We brought her back and they said that she probably had epilepsy and prescribed her epilepsy medication when she didn't even have it! I'm looking for a new vet and never going back!

The vets cost my dog her life! They missed a blatantly obvious diagnosis. They also administered a heartworm vaccine prior to getting the negative test results-they did the test and the vaccine at the same time. She reacted terribly to the vaccine-they didn't care. She had surgery, had a huge lump on her chest that they said was a part of her breast bone and left it, then she died of cancer from her massive tumour on her chest that spread throughout her body to her brain. They should be shut down!!!! Not the first of these horror stories I know of!

We took our puppy to Bayview/Seven and are happy with the care he's received so far. The doctors and staff are very friendly, nobody ever tried to sell us anything, our puppy hardly noticed his vaccinations and Dr Covant's advice on care and training was very helpful.
