Office staff very nice. Techs changed everytime we were in. Vets? Looks like original vet was the best. His son's skills are questionable. Primary vet looks money-oriented. I was a HUGE client for over 3 years. Never asked pets diets, etc. Just what could they do to add on the bill. Last straw: 16 1/2 year-old cat. Had exhibited classic kidney problems. Took her in as we were heading out of town for a week, knew she was in bad shape. Was told she could be "propped up" for the time we were gone, then discuss the end when we returned. Brought her home at noon on Sat, at 6 am found her unable to walk. Rushed her to emergency animal hospital (Sunday) where she died. Told EBAH and said I wanted vet to call to explain. No one ever called. Rec'd note with stupid explanation. These folks are only in it for the $$$. AAHA needs to re-evaluate. Bad experiences with 3 AAHA vets now. Check with new neighbors for reference. Go w/independents. EBAH only wants your $$$.
