Too expensive. RUDE STAFF AND DOCTORS PUSH YOU TO DO ALL DIAGNOSTICS AND MAKE YOU FEEL WORST PET OWNER.

I went to OCVH for my dog who had skin issues from the start I was pleased with the clinic it is very clean and the staff there was very pleasant they helped calm my very active dog. The Vet Abigail Simpson was very pleasant and awesome at diagnosising what my dog was suffering from. I went to a previous vet who previous misdiagnosis my dog. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who seeks medical treatment for their loving pet. I also do not agree with the previous rating. Thank you OCVH :)

From the start the receptionist Amber was very rude and nasty we had to wait 1 1/2 hours in waiting room while Dr. Shanker was busy flirting with rude receptionist, we asked why such a long wait and rude receptionist told us they were very busy and disappered into back office with Dr Shanker thats when we decided to leave and find another vet This place should be closed or at least investigated (hopefully by Dr. Shankers wife)

Dr. Shanker is wonderful!! We have 3 cats. One had tetanus and Dr. Shanker cured him. He also has diabetes, and Dr. Shanker's treatment is helping wondefully. Our 2nd cat had cancer, and Dr. Shanker cured her. And our third cat had liver problems, and his treatment saved him too. He is the best!!!!
