Most pleasant people, facilities are modest but reasonable, the first come first serve idea is used well. They are amazingly economical. The vets care and they show it. Amazing place.

Dr Wingert and all of his staff have been nothing less that fantastic...very caring and very affordable. We've taken our dogs to Dr Wingert for years and he's always been a great vet.

Dr. Wingert has been our vet. for years through several pets. He is fantastic. We had to put one of our dogs to sleep and he made the situation very bearable. I would never take my animals to another vet. He is the best.

this is the most reasonably-priced place i've every gone. i don't feel i'm sacrificing quality for price either. there have been times when i've gone there with a dog or cat and after an exam it turns out it was nothing . . . just me being a nervous nelly . . . and they've sent me on my way with no charge . . . dr. wingert is very personable, kind and i have a lot of confidence in him. a lot of vets will pooh-pooh the idea of raw feeding without knowing much about the subject . . . dr. wingert doesn't know much about raw feeding but was not quick to judge and was interested in learning more about it. i've had animals for years and years . . . i'm as pleased with dr. wingert as i've been with any. and let me stress: independence animal hospital is ECONOMICAL . . . ECONOMICAL . . . ECONOMICAL!!!
