Dr. Cloud and another vet killed my dog who had a dislocated hip. They had mislabeled the xrays and operated on the wrong side.I hgot the xrays and complete records of surgery and took them to another vet who was completely outraged not only at the bungled operation but by the fact that they even performed the procedure which she said is rarely successful. Dr. Cloud personally lied to me on the telephone, tried to trick me into bringing back the xrays as I'd been given all of them. Only after threatened with a lawsuit did he refund my money. But I lost my beloved dog.

I wanted to give a 5 for the vets and a 1 for the staff, so I split the difference and gave them a 3.
