I had a major problem when I asked for this clinic to complete a health certificate for my dog to go to Greece in July of 2019. They did not inform me of the requirements, they filled out the paperwork completely incorrectly, and had me going back and forth to the USDA in Albany plus waiting for 4 hours in the USDA lobby waiting on them to send corrected paperwork. He charged me hundreds of dollars to get this done! Never go here, the staff was horrible and refused to correct the situation without giving major attitude, even though it was a situation THEY caused.

Dont go to him ,He is full of himself. My kitten died in his care, and his bill was unbelievable. He is in for the money not for the love of your pet.

We came to your hospital as an emergency visit for an ear hematoma surgery that would not stop bleeding. Bosco was taken care of right away and left your hospital as the happy lab he is. Our other dog, Jovi has addison's disease. The medicine and certain tests that were needed for her were explained in ways, we could understand. During follow up visits, we experienced compassion, love and knowledgeable answers to all our questions. We are so thankful to be able to take our dogs to a vet where they are looking out for the best of the animal. Like many, our dogs are part of our family. We are very attached to them. When something is wrong with them, it can be very scary. Your staff put all our nerves at ease with their dedication. Our friends and family have already been told about your excellent care. We cannot thank you enough.
