I took my cat here for years. First cat was always sick and got worse, not better as we took her in more. Eventually she died of Kidney Failure. Not a word was mentioned about it until the very very end. Then, I took my next cat. They told me there was no choice but to put him out for exams becuase he was such a "problem". Sure fine. One day they told me they gave him all these shots I didn't ask for. They didn't give him shots in the leg. No they gave it to him on the side. A known *no no* becuase sometimes cancer can develop. It did, almost immediately and I had to put him down. Bottom line, I trusted them. But they did exactly what was best for them. Not my cat. They took my money and never warned me of kidney failure or anything that could be done about it. They gave my cat shots I didn't authorize because it was more money for them. I reported them to the department of licesure but of course... incompetance is just fine. Don't go here.

We really like Slade. Dr. Migday has a ton of experience with our breed (Bullmastiff). Always willing to answer all our questions and we never feel rushed.

I have been going to Slade for approximately 4 years and every time I go there the rooms are dirty, the techs are rude and the doctors always seem to be in a rush. I will be switching vets!

I have used Slade for 7 years now for everything from routine check ups to delicate reproduction work (frozen**** AI with imported**** from Europe). We get regular chiropractic care from Dr. Rogers, and have also had accupuncture done by Dr. Leonard. They are FANTASTIC for OFA films, as many of the doctors and techs are breeders. I find their staff highly knowledgable, yet very willing to refer out in order to get their patients top notch care. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, you couldn't ask for better veterinary care!
