This is the best Veterinary office and staff ever! They will take you into the office even if you do not have an appointment. They are focused on anything and everything that is best for your pet, including sending you to another clinic if necessary. The office staff is very helpful and extremely kind. Dr. Puerling is always willing to spend extra time with you and answer any questions you may have. I will always be willing to pay an extra dollar for this extraordinary customer service. I will NEVER take my pets anywhere else!
