Office staff great. Vets mostly great as well (one guy seemed annoyed to talk to the clients). Can't rate thse guys all that high due to a major issue I have with a gigantic failure to consider the best interest of the animal. My dog's lab reports showed a clear indication of cancer and kidney failure and pathologists clearly stated they believed it was an acute leukemia. Been through that before with another animal so I tried asking very direct questions and got only vague responses with no differential diagnosis and a recommendation to have a $960 painful procedure for my dog that would not have benefitted him in any way - it would only have served to confirm/dispute bone marrow abnormality. The dog died overnight suffering horribly from a stroke. I saw the lab reports only after his death - and I am furious that they would have recommended that procedure considering the dog should have been euthanized based on that report alone.
